Bingo Paradise Rating

Queen Vegas Casino is part of the expansive Skill on Net gaming empire. It’s a UK-licensed online casino with a simple design seemingly influenced by shea butter moisturiser. This PayPal-ready casino has a wealth of games from top UK providers and also comes equipped with big bonuses—take a look at this Queen Vegas review to learn more.

Welcome Offer

One of the biggest complaints I have about free spin bonuses is that the value of the spins is usually fixed at the lowest possible amount. To make matters worse, casinos shout from the rooftops about how many spins they’re offering and then bury details about the value in the small print. In the end, you get something that sounds generous on the surface but actually amounts to just £5 or £10 worth of spins.

Queen Vegas is different, as it offers something it calls Mega Spins. These come with a value of £1 each and you’ll get up to 25 of them when you make your first deposit. You must deposit at least £10 to qualify and will be given 1 Mega Spin for every £1 that you deposit.

The spins are fixed to the Spina Colada slot machine and there is a massive wagering requirement of 60x to clear (within 30 days) before you can withdraw any of your winnings.

It’s great to see free spins that are actually worth something. But the bonus is still lacking when you compare it to other offers. In effect, it’s a 100% matched offer with a huge wagering requirement. There doesn’t seem to be a win cap, which is definitely a positive, but it’s one of the few.

Slot fans will benefit from signing up and collecting, but it’s far from the biggest offer available right now.

Other Promotions

Queen Vegas doesn’t have the biggest selection of bonuses and many of them suffer from the same restrictive terms found in the welcome bonus. There are a few promotions available, though, and they help to keep things interesting once you finish with the welcome offer.

They include regular deposit offers, giving you spins and credits when you meet deposit requirements; Daily Picks, which reward players every time they log in, and free spins, which are available as standard spins and Mega Spins.

Queen Vegas also has a VIP Lounge. There are regular offers available for the most active players, including free bonuses every time you advance through one of the levels. You’ll earn points from every pound that you wager, but you’ll get more from slots than table games, and table games are also weighted differently, with blackjack giving you more than craps, for instance.

Slots and Other Casino Games

The gaming selection on Queen Vegas is pretty standard for a UK casino, which is to say that it focuses on all of the nation’s favourite developers and slot machines. The bulk of the games come from NetEnt, Play’n GO, and Blueprint Gaming, and the titles include classics like Dynamite Riches, Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, and Fluffy Favourites.

There are a few classic card games, a handful of live casino titles, some video poker games, and lots of jackpots to play for. All of these games are mobile-friendly, so you can play through your mobile browser as well as your desktop one.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Queen Vegas has embraced a number of popular payment methods, including web wallets like Neteller and both Visa and Mastercard debit cards. You can also use PayPal. It doesn’t seem to be on the list of payment options, but it is available.

The site claims to offer over 20 payment solutions. Not all of these are available to players in the UK, but you do have plenty of options to choose from.

You must withdraw at least £20 and it could take a couple of days to get your funds, although it largely depends on the payment method you use.

Queen Vegas Review Summary

I’m not a big fan of casinos that cram too many images and animations onto the page. It’s good to have a lot of info and to make sure players see all of the latest games and promotions, but few sites get it right and they end up looking cluttered and messy. But some sites go the other way and create something overly simple. Queen Vegas definitely falls into the latter category. Even its information pages don’t contain the sort of thumbnails and promotional banners that you expect to find in these sections. It doesn’t look great and it’s not easy to find the info you need either.

It does get a little better once you sign up, start playing, and get used to everything, but it’s far from the best design I have seen. Also, I know I have made the shea butter joke already, but the vibe is so strong I can smell it.

The other issue I have with Queen Vegas is the strict welcome bonus terms. These are pretty big issues for me, as someone who mainly looks for big welcome bonuses, but admittedly, they will be less of an issue for other players. Also, it’s worth noting that Queen Vegas does have a great selection of games and some big jackpots, and there are a number of other payment methods available too.

Queen Vegas FAQ

  • What is the minimum withdrawal limit?

You need to have at least £20 to make a withdrawal. As with other sites, it might be possible to withdraw less than this if you want to cancel your account or need those funds for other reasons. Just contact the support team and request a withdrawal directly. Bear in mind that you might be charged for such a transaction.

  • How do I contact the support team?

You can send them an email or get in touch via live chat. The support team is usually very helpful and responsive.

  • Does Queen Vegas have a complaints procedure?

If you have an issue with the site you should contact them in the first instance, but there isn’t a complaints procedure as such. There is a link to a “Complaints” page in the footer, but the text on that page just tells you to contact regulatory bodies or third-party websites.

  • Does Queen Vegas support mobile play?

Yes. You can access the casino using your mobile browser, with support for most devices.
