At first glance, JackpotCity Casino looks like a slick and smartly designed website, and it is…if you’re playing on mobile. I had some issues with the desktop site, including links that didn’t want to open and text that was too small to read. I had to open everything in full-screen mode and zoom in just to read the promotional text.

Other than this minor issue, I have a couple of small criticisms. Firstly, although I understand why they do it, I don’t like it when casinos restrict their contact options to members only. What if you have a question before you join? What if you’re a member but can’t access your account for some reason? Sure, you can email them, but it’s not the same. If you have a lot of money in your account and suddenly can’t gain access, you want an immediate resolution, and email doesn’t cut it.

The £20 minimum deposit requirement is also on the high side. Still, it connects to a great welcome bonus and starts your journey on a site that’s loaded with jackpots and top slots. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making for a fantastic site worthy of its Betway connections.
