Another lost £12,400 over six days, with the only note on file recording that they were "coping well in COVID-19". Source of funds checks leaned on what customers said rather than anything verified, a large win was treated as justification for future spending without considering where the money came from, and one customer triggered nine financial alerts before the account was suspended for review.

The licence has since moved to a different company within the same group, which is why a search of the current licensee comes back clean.
