Matchup Casino has a three-stage matched deposit bonus offered to all new players who sign up and deposit for the first time.

Players are given additional bonus credits based on the size of their deposit:

• First deposit = 200% up to £400
• Second deposit = 150% up to £300
• Third deposit = 100% up to £200

So, if you deposit £100 each time, you’ll get a total of £400 in bonus credits on top of your £300 deposits, equating to a total of £700.

It’s not all good news though.

There is a wagering requirement of 65x and there is also a maximum conversion equal to your lifetime deposits, with a cap of £250. So, even though you’re getting a 200% boost with your first deposit, you won’t be able to withdraw that much (assuming you make it through the wagering period).

On the plus side, your lifetime deposits will have increased by the time you make it to the third bonus. At this point, you should be able to collect most of the bonus funds (if there are any leftover after that 65x wagering requirement). 

This “lifetime deposit” limitation applies to all Jumpman Gaming deposit bonuses, but it has less of an impact here thanks to the multiple offers.

Some of my favourite things about Jumpman Gaming casinos like Matchup Casino are the giveaways. These are available every month and there’s always something new and interesting on offer.

In the past few months, the giveaways have included £3,000 worth of luxury goods, numerous gadgets, Christmas jumpers, and more. At the time of writing this Matchup Casino review, the giveaway is for a MacBook Air. To qualify, you just need to deposit £50. That will earn you a ticket to the prize draw, and if you make more deposits of £50 or over, you’ll get more tickets.

Other bonuses available at Matchup Casino include scratch card promotions, free spins, reload offers, and more. It also has a trophy-based loyalty program. Complete challenges to win trophies and when you have enough of them, you’ll earn perks such as bonus credits and free spins.

All withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. For example, if you withdraw £100 you will receive £97.50.

Yes, you read that correctly: Matchup Casino charges you a fixed fee of £2.50 when you make a withdrawal. It applies whether you’re withdrawing £10 or £1,000, though it obviously has more of an effect with smaller withdrawals.

You can take your pick from a number of payment options (including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal), and that’s a welcome sight. But it’s hard to get over that fee. To rub salt into the wounds, it can take several days to get your funds, as there is a pending period that runs for a couple of days.

Matchup Casino Review Summary 

Matchup Casino has all the good and the bad of other Jumpman Gaming casinos. The welcome bonus is generous, the reload offers are great, and I love the giveaways. The games are also good and cover most categories.

However, there is a withdrawal fee of £2.50 and it applies to all players, amounts, and methods. To make matters worse, payments are processed very slowly, so you’re paying a premium for a service that is slower than the average.

It’s still a good site on the whole, but it could have been so much better with a few simple tweaks.
