Disclaimer: Volcano Bingo and Bingo Paradise are under the same ownership. However, our reviewer Paul has been asked not to take this into account whilst writing his review.
Volcano Bingo describes itself as the “hottest bingo site” on the internet. I like to think that the person who pitched that idea made air quotes on the word “hottest”. And if they’re anything like me, they probably ruined the joke by adding, “You see, because it’s a volcano, and it’s hot…”
It makes a change from random and nonsensical taglines like “Jurassic Jackpots” on Dino Bingo. I know I keep bringing that up but come on…I can’t let them get away with it.
Volcano Bingo had a very cheesy and comic aesthetic in the past, somewhat akin to the aforementioned dinosaur-themed site, but it has since been given a slick makeover. To be honest, when I look at the logo I think “digital marketing agency” and not “online bingo site”, but at least it no longer looks like a snapshot from a Sega Mega Drive game.
The site is operated by Jumpman Gaming and features the same layout, games, and bonuses that we’ve come to expect from this brand. It’s licensed by the GB Gambling Commission for players inside the UK and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for players outside.

Welcome Offer
Deposit £10, spin the Mega Wheel, and see where it lands. This giant Wheel of Fortune is filled with promising prizes, including Bonus Spins on classic slots (Fluffy Favourites, Starburst, Rainbow Riches, Gonzo’s Quest) and an Amazon voucher.
The spins are tied to specific slots, so if you win the grand prize of 500 Spins, you can use them only on Fluffy Favourites. If you don’t land your preferred prize at the first attempt, don’t worry, as you’ll be given another spin every time you deposit at least £20.
All Bonus Spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 65x and there is a maximum bonus payout of £250.
Promotions
Spins are dished out like samples at a supermarket. You can get them on your birthday, as part of the ‘Happy Hours’ promotion, and via the trophy-based Loyalty Scheme.
The Loyalty Scheme is actually one of the best things about Volcano Bingo and Jumpman Gaming casinos in general. It rewards you with trophies for completing challenges and you’ll be given an additional spin of the Mega Wheel every time you advance to the next level. At levels 1 to 5, you’ll get 5 spins; make it all the way to level 16 and beyond, and this increases to 20 spins.
Other promotions include exclusive bingo tournaments, guaranteed jackpots, and something known as Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, whereby the biggest slot winner of the month is given a £50 Just Eat voucher.
In an industry where many sites focus only on new players and ignore those players once they settle in, it’s nice to see so many loyalty bonuses.
Slots and Bingo Rooms
Jumpman Gaming sites use the same platform and games. They are basically carbon copies of one another and this can be confusing to the uninitiated. You might assume, for instance, that Volcano Bingo is more bingo-orientated than Aladdin Slots. In actual fact, they have the same games.
In other words, if you’re all about slot machines and don’t really care for bingo, it’s still worth checking out Volcano Bingo.
The bingo games are provided by Pragmatic Play and this developer also adds a number of slots to the site’s extensive games room. In addition, it hosts games from Microgaming, NetEnt, Blueprint Gaming, Eyecon, and many more.
I really like the selection here, even though I’ve seen it and played it at several other sites. However, I think the categories and filters could use some work. You can browse between sections like “Casino”, “Bingo” and “Jackpot”, but what if I want to search by developer, game mechanic, or features? What if I’m only looking for Megaways or Rolling Reels?
They have both of these features in abundance, so the opportunity is there, they just haven’t taken it.
Then again, the same can be said for Foxy Games and pretty much all UK-facing casinos. They tend to give you several sections that mean the same thing (such as the “Slots”, “Gaming”, and “Casino” sections on Ladbrokes) but ignore the ones that actually matter!
Depositing and Withdrawing
You will be asked to verify your account as soon as you join Volcano Bingo. This happens before you deposit, collect your bonus, and play. Make sure you enter your details correctly as they will check these against the electoral roll (and other public information) to try and verify you automatically. If that doesn’t work, you’ll be asked to submit verification documents.
It’s frustrating to have to go through this process, but it’s usually quick and automated and it’s also a legal requirement, so you can’t blame the site for asking.
Deposits must be at least £10 but will need to increase to £20 if you want to qualify for additional spins of the Mega Wheel. You can use debit cards (add up to 3 to your account at any time) Paysafecard, PayPal, and Pay by Mobile, the latter of which is for mobile users only.
PayPal tends to be the quickest and easiest option, but your winnings won’t be released instantly as they are subject to a 72-hour pending period. Only when this has finished (and assuming no additional verification checks are required) will your funds be released.
Volcano Bingo Review Summary
Volcano Bingo is a pretty stylish casino. Its logo is more serious, its background colour is less in-your-face, and it doesn’t try to adopt a weird theme or brand story. I’m not a big fan of the bright pink and orange accents, but everything else works for me.
It’s not just style over substance, either. You will find an eclectic range of games (both bingo and slots) several popular payment methods, and Jumpman’s usual variety of bonuses. It’s probably one of the better sites in the Jumpman catalogue and that’s why it scores slightly higher than the others I have covered.
It’s a great site and it’s well worth spending a bit of time here and collecting as many bonuses as you can.
