Bingo Paradise Rating

As the name suggests, Rhino Bet is primarily a sportsbook, but it also has an online casino, one that comes stocked with popular UK slots and table games and a few bingo games, as well as all the promotions you know and love. On the surface, it looks like a top site, and maybe it is, but during the course of my Rhino Bet Casino review, there were a few things that concerned me.

Check out the following review to learn more.

Welcome Bonus

Your experience of a new casino usually starts with the welcome bonus. My experience with Rhino Bet Casino began with a 10-minute search for said bonus and ended when I realised there wasn’t one. At least not for the casino. There are free bet promotions for the sportsbook, but there’s very little on the casino side of things.

Big bonuses are hard to come by in general on Rhino Bet Casino. It has a few network promotions, including the ubiquitous Drops & Wins, but it lacks the sort of standout promotions that help casinos to set themselves apart from the crowd.

One of the few promotions available here is something known as Rhino Reels. And it’s pretty slim pickings. It offers 50 free spins to players who wager £250 on qualifying slot games. The spins have a value of £0.10, equating to a total worth of just £5, but they don’t come with a wagering requirement, and that makes the bonus worthwhile. It’s just a shame there aren’t many other bonuses worth talking about.

Slots and Casino Games

There’s nothing wrong with the games on Rhino Bet Casino. It’s a good selection provided by big name developers like NetEnt, Blueprint Gaming, and Evolution, the latter of which supplies the live casino. You will find plenty of RNG table games, Megaways slots, Slingo games, and instant win games. It’s extensive, which is good, and while it could use some better category options—a complaint I have with most casinos—I didn’t have any major issues here.

Reviews and Customer Support

I have a few reservations about this site, and most of them revolve around customer support. There are only a few ways to contact Rhino Bet Casino. The first is email, which isn’t ideal. It’s slow and impersonal at the best of times, and if the reviews of this site are anything to go by, they don’t always answer.

You can also contact them by Facebook, but as the page hasn’t been updated for 2 months at the time of writing, I’m not sure how reliable that is. They have an X/Twitter account, too, but that gets even fewer updates.

That brings me to the reviews. There are a lot of negative reviews for Rhino Bet Casino. I have discussed negative casino reviews in the past and noted how you should always take them with a pinch of salt, especially when the site in question doesn’t request reviews, as is the case here. But the content of the reviews can tell you a lot.

If the players are complaining about bonus terms, ignore them. The same is true for so-called “scam” games. This is a highly regulated industry and those games come from certified third-party providers. They’re not scamming you (they have a house edge, so they don’t need to), you’re just having terrible luck. If the reviews complain about inattentive customer support staff, random suspensions, and endless withdrawal issues, you should pay attention, and that’s the case here.

What’s more, if your withdrawal is refused without reason and your account is suspended, you should be able to contact someone directly and quickly. No one wants to send an angry email and then wait days for a response when they’re stewing over losing money.

So, Rhino Bet Casino needs some work in this area. I should note that it’s not a scam, as many of the bad reviews suggest. It’s licensed and regulated. It might have terrible business practices, but that doesn’t make it a scam. After all, it must answer to the regulator, and that has been the case since it acquired its first remote betting license in 2019, so it’s unlikely it would have made it this far if it hadn’t followed the rules.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Rhino Bet Casino doesn’t accept PayPal or other web wallets and only offers debit cards and bank transfers. It also lists “cheque” as an option in its FAQs. I haven’t seen that one for a while and wouldn’t be surprised if the option was no longer available or reserved only for big withdrawals.

Verdict: Rhino Bet Casino Review

Although Rhino Bet Casino looks like a good site and has great games, it shoots itself in the foot with its customer support options and payment methods and doesn’t do itself any favours with its bonuses. I really wanted to like this one, and maybe they will make changes that I’ll appreciate more in the future, but as things stand right now, there’s very little here to get excited about.

Rhino Bet FAQ

  • What Should I Do If I Have an Issue with Rhino Bet Casino?

Contact the casino in the first instance and tell them everything. If that doesn’t work, you can escalate your complaint to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), who mediate in issues between players and gambling sites.

  • How Do I Contact Rhino Bet Casino?

You don’t have many options for getting in touch. The best bet is to email them at [email protected] and hope for a speedy response.

  • Who Owns Rhino Bet Casino?

Rhino Bet Casino is owned by Playbook Gaming Ltd. I couldn’t find a great deal on this company; other than the fact it owns at least one other casino and has middling to poor average user ratings. Also, the listing for the company on Companies House notes that its accounts have been overdue for several months, and it seems to be owned by Playbook Engineering and Star Racing Ltd, both of which also have overdue accounts. The latter was fined nearly £600,000 by the UK Gambling Commission in 2023 for failures regarding social responsibility and money laundering practices. Is all of that anything to worry about? Well, fines aren’t uncommon, nor are complex ownership structures. As for the overdue accounts thing, the repercussions don’t seem to be severe, and it doesn’t mean the company is preparing to fold. Still, it didn’t fill me with great confidence as a potential player, especially in light of the aforementioned customer support issues.
