Bingo Paradise Rating

Fantastic Spins is an online casino operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland. It has an upbeat theme featuring bright and bold colours, along with an unsettling amount of AI art—it might be the future, but right now it’s an oversaturated, glossy mess that sends you deep into the uncanny valley. It has a neat layout and looks great on mobile and desktop. I have complained a lot about poorly made desktop sites in recent months, with many focusing purely on their mobile apps and ignoring desktop players. Fantastic Spins hasn’t made that mistake.

Read on for my Fantastic Spins review to learn more about the site’s games, bonuses, support options, and more.

Fantastic Spins

Welcome Bonus

As with Jumpman Gaming casinos, Fantastic Spins uses a prize wheel. Join as a new player and deposit £10 to spin the wheel and collect prizes that include bonus credits and 250 free spins. The spins have a value of £0.10 each and all winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x. This also applies to the bonus credits. Only when you meet this requirement can you withdraw those funds.

There is a maximum bonus cash out of £100. Any amount you win above £100 will remain as you work through the wagering period, but it cannot be withdrawn.

There are 6 segments on the prize wheel, but you don’t have an equal chance of landing on them. The majority of you will collect 100 free spins on Gold Blitz, as there is a 95% chance of landing on this segment. Everything else returns a 1% probability, so you are 95x more likely to get 100 free spins than 250.

In that context, the bonus doesn’t look as promising as it first seems. The fact you’re limited to a maximum cash out of £100 doesn’t help either.

Loyalty Bonus

Fantastic Spins has stacks of loyalty promotions. Some of them are minor and rendered worthless by strict terms, others give you a chance to scoop a huge number of free spins and/or bonus credits. Some of the best bonuses are cashback offers, giving you a percentage of your losses back when you play specific games. All of the promotions on Fantastic Spins are worthwhile and they all incentivise you to keep returning to the site and making deposits.

Check the “Promotions” section for more information and be sure to read the terms and conditions, where you’ll find details such as wheel-spin probabilities, wagering requirements, win caps, and deposit method restrictions.

Slots and Other Games

It should not be a surprise that a site with “spins” in its name focuses on slot machines, but it’s a heavy focus and it comes at the expense of all other games. If you’re more of a table game/live dealer fan, you’ll be left wanting here. Also, while you can access the site on mobile, it doesn’t have a dedicated app. I personally don’t mind this as I typically use my mobile browser to access most sites, but I’m the exception, and most players prefer the convenience of apps.

Fantastic Spins has over 1,000 games in total (including slots from Blueprint Gaming, Slingo, and NetEnt) and the benefit of focusing on slot machines means it has a huge number of jackpot games, as well as slots with popular mechanics like Megaways and Cluster Pays.

Fantastic Spins Reviews

Fantastic Spins makes a baffling choice when it comes to reviews/testimonials. On the homepage, you’ll see a section that states “What our Fantastic fans say about us” followed by two 5-star Trustpilot reviews and a Trustpilot logo showing an average score of 4 out of 5. Good so far, right? Well, that’s when it gets weird.

Usually, Trustpilot reviews and logos are hyperlinked, taking you directly to the review page. That’s not the case here, and if you search on Trustpilot for the site, you’ll see why.

Those two positive reviews are real…but there are only 3 in total. The 4/5 score is also real…but the site only has 4 reviews, 1 of which is terrible. Furthermore, the earliest review is from 2018.

Fantastic Spins mentions its Trustpilot score in its promotional text, so it’s clearly proud of it, but 3 good reviews and 1 terrible review in 7 years isn’t worth shouting about, and the fact that they haven’t linked to the page tells me they know this fact.

There are some good user reviews elsewhere and the casino has actually responded to some of them, but there aren’t many recent reviews. The same could be said for many casinos, of course. If the company doesn’t encourage reviews, players won’t leave them. But if Fantastic Spins is going to be shouting its Trustpilot score from the rooftops, it should at least claim its profile and send invitations.

Verdict: Fantastic Spins Review

Fantastic Spins promises quick payouts on its homepage but also warns that withdrawals can take up to a week to process. This is one of the potential issues with Fantastic Spins, with the others being the strict bonus terms (and the fact the prize wheel is heavily weighted towards a single segment) and the lack of non-slot games.

Overall, it’s a good site, but it’s not great and falls a long way short of industry leaders like bet365 Casino and Foxy Games.
