Bingo Paradise Rating

Duck Duck Bingo is a very simply-designed bingo site, with splashes of green and the occasional clip-art icon. It looks like it could have been designed 10 or even 20 years ago, but all of that stuff means very little once you start collecting bonuses and spinning reels. And Duck Duck Bingo has some excellent games and bonuses—take a look at the following review to learn more.

Welcome Bonus

Duck Duck Bingo has a unique bonus for all new players who deposit £10 or more. It offers 20 free spins at a value of £2 each, and 120 tickets for invite-only bingo games. They include 120 tickets to the KACHING daily game, 20 tickets for the Guest List room, and 10 for Ace Race. These games all have modest prizes, and structuring the bonus in this manner means you’ll have a chance to explore some great daily bingo games while also spinning a few slot reels.

The free spins are pretty pointless though. Not only do they have a total value of just £2, but the winnings are capped at £1. On the plus side, there are no wagering requirements. And that doesn’t just apply to the welcome bonus—it’s true for all promotions on the site. It means that the offers are usually a little less impressive than you’ll see on sites with big wagering requirements, but you get to keep what you win, and if you can meet the minimum withdrawal requirement, you’re free to cash out.

Loyalty Bonuses

The welcome bonus is a little disappointing, and it’s not a patch on the loyalty promotions. This is where Duck Duck Bingo really comes into its own. There are reload offers, free games, and the occasional network promotion, and these are all split between the bingo rooms and slot machines. The Ace Club is the highlight, though. This loyalty scheme is open to all players and you’ll be added as soon as you sign up for a Duck Duck Bingo account.

There are a huge 12 levels in the program, with many prizes, perks, and rewards to collect on the way, including:

  • Free spins
  • Cash rewards
  • Jackpot bingo tickets
  • Exclusive promotions

Bingo and Slots

Duck Duck Bingo has a broad range of bingo games, and ticket prices begin at just 1p. These penny bingo games are a great way to acquaint yourself with the game and the site, and there are scores of big prizes available as well. If you want to aim for something a little more substantial, join one of the bingo jackpot games, as these regularly offer 4- and 5-figure sums.

Jackpots are available on the site’s slot machines, too. These are pretty standard—as you would expect from a bingo site. There are only a few hundred of them and most of them are classic, tried-and-tested games that have been making the rounds on UK casinos for many years. There are some newer games mixed in, but it’s far from the biggest games room and could use a little update.

You can play Duck Duck Bingo on mobile devices, but as of yet, there are no mobile apps. I did see links for iOS and Android apps in the website’s footer, but these merely direct you to a page stating that no apps are available but will be coming soon. In the meantime, you can access the casino through your mobile browser.

Customer Support

If there is one consistent complaint I have about Broadway Gaming casinos, it’s the customer support. Usually, they restrict live chat use to members only and use a catch-all email address that serves multiple sites. Duck Duck Bingo does have its own email, but it has the same live chat restrictions and also warns players that it could take several days to get a response, a timeframe that extends to between 5 and 7 days on holidays. They could just be covering their backs to reduce complaints during busy periods, but a modern online casino shouldn’t be taking several days to respond.

Imagine being locked out of your account and blocked from your money, and your only recourse is to send an email and wait for up to a week. And what happens if a single email isn’t enough and you get locked into a chain? It could be weeks before you get back in, and you’ll be getting increasingly frustrated with every message. I’ve been there before with Skrill. They took 2 weeks to respond, missed my question completely, and when I sent another email, they said I would have to wait another 2 weeks. I’m sure Duck Duck Bingo won’t be that bad, but it’s still a difficult position to be in for the site’s members.

Verdict: Duck Duck Bingo Review

Duck Duck Bingo has its flaws, and they are quite evident, including the dated theme and the slow customer support. But there are more positives than negatives, including some of the best bingo rooms and promotions around. It’s worth a closer look, so if you’re looking for a new online casino, check it out.

Duck Duck Bingo FAQ

  • Who Owns Duck Duck Bingo?

The Broadway Gaming Group is the team behind Duck Duck Bingo. It runs on DragonFish, which Broadway acquired from 888 Holdings a couple of years back, along with a number of bingo sites and casinos.

  • Does Duck Duck Bingo Have a Mobile App?

At the time of writing, there is a notification on the site that says they are working on apps for iOS and Android, but that they are not yet available. I’ve checked the app stores, and they’re not there, but the site is HTML5 ready, so you can play through your mobile browser.

  • How Can I Contact Duck Duck Bingo?

This is one of the areas where Duck Duck Bingo disappointed me. You can’t use live chat unless you have an account and are logged in. There is an email address ([email protected]) but it states that it may take up to 3 days to get a response and that you should allow up to 7 days during busy periods. That’s far too long to wait.

  • Does Duck Duck Bingo Have Responsible Gambling Tools?

Yes, like all regulated UK casinos, there are deposit limits, a self-exclusion, and a bunch of helpful info. You can find all of these in your Duck Duck Bingo account.
