Bingo Barmy is another bingo/slot cross from Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, the same operator that brought us sites like Chit Chat Bingo and Love Hearts Bingo. It’s a UK-focused site based on the Dragonfish software, which is owned by the 888 Group.

The site’s theme isn’t as “barmy” as the name might suggest, at least not at first. In fact, it isn’t that much different from the operator’s other projects. But as I rated all of those highly and had few bad comments to make, that might not be such a bad thing.

I said that Bingo Barmy wasn’t very “barmy”. That’s true, to an extent, but after you sign up and start playing the games, a certain madness begins to shine through. The promotions are represented by images of animal-headed humans, as well as one that seems to be a cross between a gemstone and a pineapple.

There’s also a guitar made from an avocado. It feels a little forced, but at least the design isn’t generic, dull, and boring.

All players are granted access to this program and you don’t need to be a high roller to earn rewards. However, you will get more prizes as you advance through the levels, and you do this by purchasing bingo tickets and playing slot machines.

Every level has a corresponding number of bingo tickets and Free Spins, as well as a Free Spins cap. At the first level, you get just 1 spin and 1 ticket, with the former capped at £0.10.

If you make it all the way to the final level, you’ll get 20 spins capped at £1, along with 110 bingo tickets and cashback of 3%.

There are over a dozen different bingo games at Bingo Barmy. These include a Free Bingo room that all players can use. The prizes are modest, but it doesn’t cost anything to play and you can gain some valuable experience. There are also low-stakes games that let you play for jackpots of over £200 with tickets costing just 1p.

Bigger games are available if you want bigger prizes. These include 9-ball progressive jackpot bingo rooms where the tickets cost around 5p and the prizes keep rolling until they are won.

If bingo isn’t your thing, there are also over 700 slots. Though, to be honest, “Bingo Barmy” probably isn’t the best site for someone who doesn’t like bingo.

The slots are mainly from the Microgaming catalogue, but there are a few other developers as well. The games include features such as Rolling Reels, Sticky Wilds, and Progressive Jackpots, and all of them are mobile-friendly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You need at least £10 to qualify for more deposit bonuses at Bingo Barmy, but it’s possible to fund your account with as little as £5. There are several options available to get funds into your account, including debit cards and e-wallets.

PayPal is one of the accepted payment methods here and you can also use Apple Pay. Regardless of the method you use, there is a 2-day pending period, and if you’re using debit cards, you’ll need to wait for a few more days on top of this.

As a result, it could take anywhere from 2 to 6 days to get your money after a withdrawal. That’s potentially a very long time to wait, especially when you consider that the majority of online casinos, bingo sites, and sportsbooks now process payments instantly.

Bingo Barmy Review Summary

Bingo Barmy is very similar to its many sister sites, but I’m talking about sites that have great bingo games, huge jackpots, a dedicated Loyalty Club, and over 500 slots, so that’s not a bad thing.

I have seen better themes and layouts, and I would have liked to see more varied Welcome Offers and maybe something for bigger spenders, but on the whole, it’s a great site. Just keep the withdrawal period in mind. If you get frustrated with slow withdrawals and prefer sites that are instant, you will be better off with PokerStars and William Hill.
