UK Bingo is a bingo site targeted toward UK players, though you probably didn’t need me to tell you that. As you might expect, it uses some British imagery throughout the site. Usually, “British imagery” in an online casino means a London bus, Big Ben, and liberal use of the Union Jack.
UK Bingo ticks the latter box, but I didn’t see many of the former. There’s a Beefeater wearing a mask, what appears to be a donut glazed with the Union Jack, and some other random images.
The site formerly used Dragonfish software, but it switched in 2024 and underwent an overhaul that means I am now revisiting the site to assess how it works on the new platform. As before, UK Bingo isn’t much to look at, but once you crack open the kitsch, you’ll find a pretty good gambling site underneath.

Welcome Offer
This 1st deposit offer is for new customers (18+) and gives you a £20 Games Bonus when you make your first deposit. You’ll need to opt in to the promotion and deposit at least £10 to qualify. The bonus is capped at £20 and can be used on bingo and selected slots.
The Games Bonus comes with a 10x wagering requirement, so you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before any related winnings can be withdrawn. Even if you win more while using the bonus, there’s a wins cap of £20 from the Games Bonus, which limits the maximum return from the promo.
You’ll also need to use it quickly: the bonus is valid for 7 days from the time it’s credited. The offer is UK-only, includes country restrictions, and is available until further notice. Importantly for UK players, your deposit balance can be withdrawn at any time, but bonus funds and any winnings from them remain subject to the promotion’s withdrawal requirements and general terms and conditions.
Promotions
The Loyalty Rewards program is arguably more tempting than the Welcome Offer, as it delivers regular perks and rewards. As always, the best perks are reserved for higher spenders, but it’s all relative, and as long as you stay active on the site, you’ll be rewarded.
At the time of writing, there is a weekly cash back offer that gives you up to £25, a game of the month promotion, and an interesting bonus that could give you flowers on your birthday. To qualify for this floral offer, you must have deposited within 14 days of your birthday. The site will then select five random players and send them flowers worth up to £40. It’s a little unusual, but in an industry known to be somewhat generic and cookie-cutter at times, I’m all for this randomness.
Slots and Bingo Games
UK Bingo has three different bingo variants and multiple bingo rooms. There are active chats in all of these rooms and you can play for a number of jackpots. If you want to play it safe, have a small budget, or just really enjoy playing bingo, check out the penny bingo rooms like Royal Room, where you can play for just 1p per ticket.
When you’re ready to advance to the next step, there are a number of big real money bingo games waiting for you. These include Heavy Weight, which costs 25p per ticket and has prizes worth thousands of pounds, as well as Jackpot Room, which is as promising as its name suggests.
Slot games are also available and you have hundreds of these to choose from. The majority come from NetEnt and Blueprint, so if you’re not a big fan, you’ll be disappointed with the selection. If you’re not familiar with these developers, these are the guys responsible for slots like Finn and the Swirly Spin and the Jackpot Kings progressive jackpot system.
It’s not the best or biggest selection of slots. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll be better off with a site like 888 Casino. But the slots are secondary—it’s all about the bingo games here. It’s one of the better bingo selections around and is on par with Jumpman Gaming in terms of its selection, variety, and jackpots.
Deposits and Withdrawals
As discussed already, UK Bingo has a minimum deposit of just £10. It accepts a variety of payment options but charges a 15% fee for transactions of under £30. Withdrawals are on the slow side, too. It usually takes a couple of days for the site to process your payment, so if you’re using a debit card it may take up to 5 days to get your cash.
PayPal is the quickest method that UK Bingo offers; Wire Transfer is the slowest. UK Bingo used to accept deposits over the phone, but I’m not sure if that is still the case. Also, this is not 2001, so I’m not sure who’s using that service.
I expect that the people who still try to make phone payments probably aren’t using online casinos. Or the internet.
If you decide to opt for this method, you’ll be glad to know that the UK Bingo support team is very helpful. They can also be reached by Live Chat (members only) and email.
UK Bingo Review Summary
UK Bingo is good, but not great. The theme is wishy-washy, the withdrawals are too slow, and the slots won’t do much to excite experienced players. It has some great bingo games though and it also does very well in the bonus department.
In that sense, it’s not unlike the many casinos operating under the Jumpman Gaming banner, including Immortal Wins. It’s worth signing up and making a deposit, but it probably won’t become your new favourite online casino.
