It sounds like a great deal when you consider that you only need £10 to be in with a shot of getting those spins. But there is one term that ruins it, and it’s not the 65x wagering requirement.

The term is as follows: “max bonus conversion equal to lifetime deposits (up to £250)”.

In plain English, it means that you can’t win more than your lifetime deposits. That’s not too much of an issue if you’re collecting this bonus as a loyal player with a history of deposits (and you can indeed spin the wheel again via the loyalty programs) but it’s more of a problem when you’re making your first deposit.

So, if you deposit £10 and collect the full 500 spins, the most you can win from those spins is another £10. It sounds bad, but just try to think of it as a 100% matched deposit bonus with some extra layers.

Other Promotions

The OnlineBingo loyalty program is trophy-based. The site gives you challenges to complete and rewards you with trophies when you do. After accumulating a certain number, you can spin the Mega Reel and collect more free spins. As noted above, these additional spins are usually worth more than the first one, as there’s a good chance you will have deposited more by this point.

There are still a few bingo games and as these connect across the Jumpman network, they are never short on players. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Customer Support

I haven’t had the best experiences with Jumpman Gaming email support. In fact, that’s an understatement, as they pretty much ignore me every time I contact them. Live chat is a lot better, but this is definitely an area where OnlineBingo and its sister sites can improve.

The same is true for the banking options, and the withdrawals in particular. There is a £2.50 fee on all withdrawals, even if you’re only cashing out £10. If you use Pay by Mobile, one of the several payment options available, you’ll also be hit with a £2.50 deposit fee.

To cap things off, withdrawals are slow, taking several days on average to fully process. I have been complaining about these issues for a few years and I’m starting to sound like a broken record. But they show no signs of being fixed, and until Jumpman stops charging its players for every withdrawal they make, I will keep complaining about them!

OnlineBingo Review Summary

OnlineBingo is a good site. It’s not great, but it’s not terrible. The same could be said and has been said for most Jumpman Gaming sites. And just like those other sites, OnlineBingo has the same pros and cons. The games are great and the loyalty promotions are varied, but these are balanced by the huge negatives of the withdrawal fee, the slow withdrawals, and the frustratingly unhelpful customer support.

I would still recommend checking it out but don’t expect it to become your new favourite online casino.
