Coral is one of the biggest betting and gaming brands in the UK. It is currently owned by Entain, the same company behind Ladbrokes, bwin, and numerous other betting brands. Coral Bingo is the brand’s bingo offering.
It features a multitude of bingo variants, includes a handful of top promotions, and has a layout that is very easy on the eye. In many ways, it reminds me of William Hill, and it is just as easy to use.
Sign up, make your first deposit, and then wager £10 or more to collect a £40 bingo bonus. It’s a generous offer, and while there are a few caveats, they are not as bad as you might think.
Firstly, you have the wagering requirement. This is fixed at 4x, which is very low compared to other bingo sites and means you only need to wager £160 to collect your cash.
The other issue is a little more concerning, for me at least. It prevents players from collecting the bonus if they deposit using web wallets, including PayPal. As someone who insists on using PayPal on every casino, sportsbook, and bingo site, this is a frustrating addition, but again, it’s not a massive issue.
Other Promotions at Coral Bingo
Coral Bingo has free bingo rooms in the shape of WhichBingo Free Bingo, Free Bingo Bonanza, and other rooms. Players are given a handful of free tickets and can play for real—albeit modest—prizes.
Bingo packages are available as well, and these offer a wealth of promotions to active players. If you venture away from the bingo rooms and toward the casino, you’ll find even more bonuses. These include free spins, free table game plays, bonus credits, and more.
Slot tournaments are available as well. These are a personal favourite of mine and it’s something I always look out for when joining new casinos. You just need to opt-in and play specific games, during which time you’ll earn points that determine your place on a leaderboard.
If you collect enough of these points and finish near the top, you’ll earn prizes, including everything from free spins to bonus credits and cash.
Games Available at Coral Bingo
Coral Bingo has a wide selection of bingo games, covering everything from 30-ball to 90-ball. These games usually have at least a couple of dozen players and there are fixed prizes and rolling jackpots. As you might expect, Coral doesn’t struggle to attract players, so there’s always an eye-catching prize to be won.
Most games begin at 5p per ticket, but there are cheaper games available as well. Bonanza, for instance, costs just 1p per ticket, although at the time of writing, it’s also one of the few upcoming games with less than 10 players.
On the other end of the scale, there are games for £0.50 and above, with variants based on classic bingo games, slot games, TV shows, and more.
There is an active community attached to all of the games. It’s ideal for the more socially inclined among you. If you’re anti-social like me, you can switch it off, ignore it, and refuse to talk to another human being.
Coral Bingo has a modest selection of slot machines to keep you interested between bingo games. These include progressive jackpot slots, Megaways games, and more. Evolution Gaming lends its varied portfolio of live casino games to the mix and there are lots of new games added on a regular basis as well.
Depositing and Withdrawing
It is possible to deposit as little as £5 on Coral Bingo, which is one of the lowest minimum deposits you will encounter. However, you may need to deposit more than this if you want to collect a bonus, so check the terms and conditions in advance. You will also need to bump up your deposit to £10 or more if you’re using PayPal.
Withdrawals are fast, there are no fees, and I’ve yet to experience an issue in this regard. In reality, that should be the case with all online casinos and bingo rooms these days. But as noted on Jumpman Gaming sites like Lights! Camera! Bingo!, it’s often not the case.
Coral Bingo Review Summary (5/5)
Coral Bingo has a neat and compact layout, a varied selection of bingo rooms, and some massive jackpots. The slot machines cover a number of styles and include some of the UK’s most popular games, including Fluffy Favourites, Rainbow Riches, and Starburst.
Add a solid welcome bonus to the mix and include some PayPal deposits, and you have a great site on the whole. It’s hard to pick fault with this one, and the only issue I can find is that PayPal deposits are not accepted for the site’s welcome bonus.
To be honest, Coral is one of the few big UK brands that I haven’t really bothered with over the years. But after this review, my eyes have been opened and I’ll definitely be using them more in the future.
