Bingo Paradise Rating

Vegas Kings is a simply designed, mobile-friendly online casino from Grace Media, a white-label provider behind a number of UK-facing online casinos. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, with some excellent features and some disappointing ones. Whether the good is enough to offset the bad is the subject of this Vegas Kings review, so let’s take a closer look.

Vegas Kings

Welcome Bonus

I’ve always said that casinos need to do more to cater to high spenders. I’m not actually one of them, but I’ve always wondered how someone could possibly be tempted to join a casino that offers 50 free spins at a total value of £5 when they usually deposit £1,000+ at a time.

Vegas Kings is one of the few that gets it right. Kinda…

New players can choose between two different bonuses.

The site offers up to 20 bonus spins for players who deposit between £10 and £29; 30 spins for deposits of £30 to £39; 40 spins for up to £49, and 50 spins for deposits of £50 or more. The spins are limited to several NetEnt slots and all winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x.

The other bonus is a cashback offer that’s available to all players who deposit at least £50. It offers 10% cashback on all losses, up to a maximum of £200. The cashback is paid within 3 days and there is a minimum amount of £1.

They are far from the biggest bonuses you will see, and there are many casinos out there that will give you a lot more for your money, but it’s good that they have given players the option.

Games

Vegas Kings puts NetEnt slots front and centre, which seems to be the trend these days. It means that titles like Fluffy Favourites and Starburst will be some of the first you see, but there’s a lot more hiding behind these somewhat worn-out slot machines. Vegas Kings also hosts games from the simply brilliant Blueprint Gaming, a developer I have praised countless times, as well as Pragmatic Play and a few other big names.

There are table games and a live casino, and these two provide a good mix of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker games, as well as flashy gameshows and fun instant win titles. There are lots of Megaways games, as seems to be the standard these days, and you can access the site on mobile as well as desktop.

There’s nothing much more to say, as this is one area where Vegas Kings doesn’t miss a beat.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Customer Support

The help section on Vegas Kings is decent, but only if you’re prepared to work for it.

First, there is the FAQ section, where you will be directed to a subdomain with a bunch of basic listings that don’t always fully answer the question. I can’t criticise them for this, though, as it’s still more detailed than 99% of other casino FAQs out there. They also seem to relate directly to the site in question, as opposed to just being a copy and paste of a vaguely related template.

Then there is the live chat, the icon for which is displayed in the bottom corner at all times.

At first, you’ll be fed through a chatbot. You’ll need to enter 7 different pieces of information (including your name, email, and address) and it will then try to redirect you to the FAQs. If you insist that the FAQs weren’t helpful and you need more support, you will be connected to a human.

After doing this, I asked them if they accepted PayPal. I had yet to sign up for an account and just needed a quick confirmation. I was asked to confirm my full name and then told to wait while they validated. Eventually, I got the answer I needed. The guy was very helpful in the end and I imagine this will be useful if you actually have an issue, but it was a little annoying to have to jump through those hoops. Also, I hate chatbots.

Incidentally, Vegas Kings do accept PayPal. They also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Much Better. There is a section in the FAQs where it states what payment methods they accept and only Visa and Mastercard are listed, which is why I said they don’t always provide all the information you need.

Vegas Kings Review Summary

The Vegas Kings site lacks polish in places. It doesn’t even have consistency with regard to its name, as it refers to itself as “Vegas kings Casino”, “VegasKings”, and “Vegas King”. A minor issue, I know, but we’re talking about a site that’s asking for your money and trust, so these things stand out. It also looks a little too simple and bland and while I like it when sites don’t try to do too much and end up as a cluttered mess, it results in a lack of identity in this case.

These are minor issues, but they are made more frustrating by the fact that they stopped Vegas Kings from being a top-drawer online casino. As it stands, it’s still a good site with some decent features that kicks everything off with a choice of welcome bonuses.

Vegas Kings FAQ

  • How Long Do Withdrawals Take on Vegas Kings?

The method that you use will impact how quickly you get your funds. But the casino is also a little slow on this front, as it can take up to 48 hours to release those funds. In this day and age, most players expect their withdrawals to be instant and are rightly frustrated when that’s not the case.

  • What is the Minimum Withdrawal on Vegas Kings?

You must withdraw at least £10 when cashing out your winnings on this site.

  • What is the Maximum Withdrawal on Vegas Kings?

You can withdraw up to £10,000 in a single transaction on Vegas Kings. If you need to withdraw more, just split it up into several different transactions.

  • Does Vegas Kings Charge Transaction Fees?

You are not charged any fees for depositing into the site, but you will be charged a flat fee of £1,50 if you withdraw less than £30. There are no charges for withdrawals over this amount.
