The live chat is powered by Messenger. The only issue I have with this is that there is no warning to state when the chat is offline. Initially, I tried contacting the casino to ask some basic questions, only to be met with constant “Connecting” and “No Internet Connection” notifications. 

I tried for a few minutes before looking through the contact page and realising they were shut. I just assumed it wasn’t connecting.

The support team does a good job of responding to negative reviews and complaints. This is something that many casinos refuse to do, while others respond with poorly-written replies, accusations, and other stuff you wouldn’t expect to see from a professional organisation.

The Phone Casino gets the recipe right, which is nice to see. There are also many great reviews out there for the brand and these outnumber the bad stuff.

The Phone Casino is a solid offering. It’s not the best I have seen this year, but I always appreciate sites that try to do things differently and The Phone Casino definitely ticks that box.

The prize game spins make for an interesting addition and the lack of wagering requirements is a welcome sight. Is it for everyone? No. I can’t imagine a high roller will have anything to play for here. But it’s unique, it’s interesting, and it’s well worth a look.
