Everything starts with the Welcome Bonus, and this is an area where PlayGrand Casino doesn’t disappoint. The only issue with this scheme is that it’s invite-only. You’ll need to be an active player making regular wagers to receive an invite, and the requirements are substantial if you want to move through the levels.

The PlayGrand Casino games room is immense and stocked with all of your favourite slots. I can say that with confidence, as I’m pretty sure it has every game released in the last few years. There are more developers than I care to count and the games cover features such as jackpots, Megaways, Cluster Pays, Amazing Link, and more.

The games are separated into a few basic categories, including New Games, Top Games, Other Games, Table Games, and Live Casino Games. The latter are developed by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play and include titles such as Crazy Time, Blackjack Live, Lightning Roulette, and Monopoly Live.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Many of the negative reviews about PlayGrand Casino revolve around banking options and customer support. Players complain that it takes too long to receive their funds, there are too many issues, and the support staff aren’t as helpful as they could be.

The delayed withdrawals makes sense, as the pending withdrawal period is up to 48 hours, so it could take a couple of days to get your funds.

I spoke with the support staff on several occasions and found them to be nothing but helpful, but that doesn’t mean they are always attentive and professional. Also, I didn’t have any genuine issues, and there’s a difference between hassling them with inane questions and asking them to resolve a serious issue.

So, while I am sure the negative reviews are genuine and these issues are real, they’re not so pronounced that they will impact all players. Generally speaking, most players don’t have an issue with either withdrawals or customer support and the majority won’t even need to get in touch.

Play Grand Casino Review Summary

I often begin these reviews by discussing the theme, layout, and general feel of the casino. None of that is really relevant with PlayGrand Casino. It’s pretty bland, albeit in a mildly elegant way. It doesn’t jump out at you like The Sun Bingo and other colourful sites, but it doesn’t assault your senses, either.

It’s clean and easy on the eye. More importantly, there are no navigation issues and everything is very neatly arranged. You shouldn’t have an issue finding what you’re looking for and it looks great on all platforms.

The Welcome Offer is very, well…welcoming, and the VIP Scheme is substantial. It would have been better if this scheme was open to all players, but let’s be honest, small stake players have little to gain from these programs anyway. The most you can usually hope for is a few Free Spins, as the best rewards are saved for the biggest spenders.

Other things of note here include the varied payment options, mobile support, and huge games room. The main downsides are related to customer support, though I didn’t have any issues personally.
