Jaak Casino is owned by Tau Marketing Services and its website is powered by Aspire Global International, which is licensed in both the United Kingdom and Malta.
It’s a mobile-friendly site that—in my opinion—focuses a little too much on mobile users. I get that I’m in the minority by playing on desktop, but it bugs me when desktop sites use mobile menus and limited space, making everything look barren on the bigger screen. They should be dynamic, catering for all players, and when it comes to desktop users that means fixed sidebars and more features.
I’m nit-picking, as usual, but only because there are other flaws that highlight some design issues.
Take the About Us, Terms, and other pages as an example. A pop-up window appears when you click the links, but there is nothing in those windows. To see the text, you have to highlight it, like some old-school dodgy keyword stuffing (see below).
Many of the images are also off-center, especially when viewed in minimised windows, and the site is generally not very well put together. It’s not terrible, it just lacks polish. I’ve worked on many sites that are under construction and awaiting some finishing touches, and this feels like one of those.
The Jaak Casino Welcome Bonus is a little limited, as it only offers 100% Bonus up to £100 & 100 Spins on Starburst. As a no deposit bonus, it would be fine. But it’s a matched bonus and you need to make a £20+ deposit to get it.
All spins must be used in 5 days, after which they expire, and the bonus funds are subject to a 35x wagering requirement.
There’s just not much to get excited about here, especially if you’re a bigger spender or just someone who typically wagers more than £100 at a time. For casual players, Jaak Casino is fine. If you’re wagering medium or high stakes, you will be much better off with a site like Wink Bingo or 888 Casino.
Promotions are few and far between on Jaak Casino. At the time of writing, there are only three of them listed in the site’s promotions section and one of them is just an advertisement for the site’s 1,000 games. Seriously. There is no bonus, it’s just a paragraph that says they have 1,000+ games and then copies the bonus Ts & Cs underneath.
The third option isn’t an actual bonus, either. It just reminds you that exclusive offers are available if you sign up for the casinos’ newsletter and SMS texts.
They clearly had just one bonus to offer but didn’t want to leave this section bare.
Slots and Table Games
NetEnt and Microgaming are the main developers in the Jaak Casino games room, but you’ll also find games from Big Time Gaming, NextGen Gaming, Skywind Group, Play’n GO, SG Gaming, NeoGames, and High5Games, to name just a few.
It makes for an eclectic selection of titles that should appeal to most player types. There are over 1,000 games in total and all of them are mobile-friendly, with instant play technology ensuring that you don’t need to download any casino software.
It’s also a mix that ensures Jaak Casino has many popular features and mechanics, such as:
- Progressive Jackpots
- Cascading Reels/Avalanche
- Dual Spins
- Locked Wilds
- Roaming/Walking Wilds
Table games aren’t as varied, but that’s to be expected and there are still enough of them here to keep you occupied between slot sessions.
Depositing and Withdrawing
The pending time at Jaak Casino is listed at between 0 and 6 days. I have complained extensively about Jumpman Gaming sites and 888 sites that keep players waiting for 2 and 3 days, so I’m not going to give these guys a pass on a 6 day wait.
It’s just not necessary in this day and age. It doesn’t matter how many times they insist that it’s all about KYC and AML requirements because if that was the case, it would be the same across all sites.
Many of the best casinos in the UK process winnings within a few hours and even the longer ones still process them in less than a day. 6 days is far too long.
On the plus side, Jaak Casino accepts a multitude of payment options, including Visa, PayPal, MasterCard, Instant Banking, PaysafeCard, Trustly, and MuchBetter.
Jaak Casino Review Summary
Jaak Casino is a somewhat flawed casino. I really wanted to like this one, as it looked different from many of the other sites that I have reviewed this month, but I struggled.
The site’s theme and aesthetic aren’t the best, there are some very poorly designed features, and there is only one bonus active at the time of writing. Sure, there might be additional bonuses available if you sign up to receive notifications, but you shouldn’t need to. These bonuses should appear for all prospective players (and reviewers).
The Welcome Bonus is also on the small side.
Jaak Casino does have some good games and mobile support. Its banking options are also good. But I find it hard to score the site any higher than 3/5.
- Over 1,000 Games
- Accepts PayPal
- Regulated in the UK and Malta
- Limited Bonus Selection
- Poor Theme
- Nothing Original or Exciting
- Slow Withdrawals
