Bingo Paradise Rating

Casino2020 sounds like the sort of name chosen by an SEO team. I imagine some SEO expert found “Casino 2020” at the top of a keyword list and insisted on its use before telling the content team to avoid mentioning it in the About Us.

Maybe they’ll insist that it’s about 20-20 vision or something. Maybe they just won’t mention anything. What they definitely won’t do is declare that 2020 was such a great year they just had to immortalise it.

No one is going to believe that.

Casino2020 is owned by Intouch Games, the same brand behind Jammy Monkey and Bonus Boss. They are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and like to do things a little differently. How differently? Well, if you’ve read my other reviews on Intouch brands, you’ll know what to expect. If not, the following review will either delight or deter you.

Welcome Offer

Casino2020 has a No Deposit Welcome Bonus offering up to £20 and 20 Free Spins. The Free spins are locked onto Cleopatras Prizes. Any winnings will be paid as bonus credit, with a maximum win of £10 from these bonus win. There is a wagering requirement of 40x and the welcome bonus expires after 3 days.

When you have finished with this offer Casino 2020 is offering a further welcome bonus of up to £300 and up to 400 Free Spins. The deposit match bonuses will be awarded on your first two deposits of £10 or more. The free spins are awarded every day for 20 days.

Along with the Welcome Bonus, Casino2020 offers a refer-a-friend bonus, monthly prize draw, and weekly bonuses.

Slots and Casino Games

You won’t find Playtech, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Betsoft games at Casino2020. If all of those gaming thumbnails look unique, it’s because they probably are.

The site’s owner, Intouch Games, creates everything in-house, so many of these titles will be new to you. They all have a progressive jackpot attached and there are some interesting titles here.

The range of games is incredibly limited, but they’re clearly going for quality and originality over quantity, and as someone who spends a lot of time complaining about generic games rooms, I have to commend them for that.

My biggest criticism (other than the limited selection) is the type of games on offer. There are lots of slots based on ancient Egypt, pirates, and wild animals. There’s also an obligatory “Lucky 7” slot, a couple of Chinese “luck” slots, and games that are clearly inspired by IGT’s Cleopatra, Barcrest’s Rainbow Riches, and NetEnt’s Starburst.

I get why these games exist, as they’re just following trends and giving the players what they want. I just wish they’d get a bit more creative and give us something completely unique. Some slots do this, including Sweeny Todd, Spin Fall, and Mega Trail, but most don’t.

If anyone can afford to give us something we’ve never played before, it’s these guys, so they’re missing a trick.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Casino2020 accepts several of the UK’s most popular payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, and PaysafeCard. It also accepts Pay By Mobile, but I would advise against using it. I don’t have anything against Casino2020 in particular, but I definitely have something against a payment method that limits you to small transactions, doesn’t allow for withdrawals, and charges you £2.50 for deposits.

You must be verified before withdrawing, but this is a quick and painless process. For most players, it’s actually instant.

If you have any issues with your deposits or withdrawals, contact the Casino2020 support team. They are very helpful and fast, and you can speak to them using email or Live Chat, with their team working 24/7.

Casino2020 Review Summary

I love the way that Intouch Games do business. Sure, there are some issues with their methods, including the very limited selection of games and the lack of classic slots, bonus slots, and features like Cascading Reels and Megaways. But everything else is perfect.

The online casino industry has barely changed in over 20 years. Sure, we have more games, safer sites, and instant-play options, but they all basically copy one another, devote more resources to new players than loyal players, and build cookie-cutter website templates.

Intouch ignores all of that. Not only does it create unique games and try to do something different with its bonuses, but there’s not as much clutter. Many casinos bombard you with pop-ups, notification requests (as seen recently on Clover Casino), and promotions. It can get very annoying very quickly—Intouch doesn’t do that.

All things considered, Casino2020 is not a perfect casino, but it’s getting there. In a few years, with another couple of dozen games under its belt and some bigger progressives, it could be one of the best sites on our list.

As things stand, it’s still deserving of a solid 4/5.

Casino2020 FAQ

  • How Can I Deposit on Casino2020?

Casino2020 accepts a number of deposit methods, including Pay By Phone, where you add the deposit to your phone bill, and PayPal. Some methods are not available for withdrawals (including Pay By Phone and PaysafeCard), so keep this in mind when you fund your account.

  • Does it Have a Responsible Gambling Program?

Casino2020 allows players to set deposit limits and time-outs. There is also a self-exclusion if you think that you’ve had enough. In addition, it works closely with organizations like GamStop, Gambling Therapy, BeGambleAware, and the National Gambling Helpline to keep its players safe.

  • Is Casino2020 Legit?

Of course! It’s a regulated site run by an established operator. It might not work with the developers that you’re familiar with, but don’t let that fool you into thinking its games are not just as fair.

  • Can I Play Casino2020 on Mobile?

Casino2020 is fully supported on mobile devices, and that’s true for both iOS and Android. Play on your smartphone or tablet, and switch to desktop when required. I conducted my review using the desktop website.
