Bingo Paradise Rating

I always feel a sense of optimism when I review Intouch Games casinos. I spend a lot of time reviewing Jumpman Gaming sites and other UK bingo sites and while they’re all relatively solid, they also look alike and use the same games and bonuses.

It gets a bit Groundhog Day.

With Intouch Games, there are no such issues. Sure, the sites have some similarities across the Intouch network, but they’re unlike any other casino you will have played. And I don’t just mean that in the sense that they combine NetEnt and Betsoft instead of Playtech and Microgaming. They don’t use any of the developers you’re familiar with and create all of their games in-house.

It’s ambitious, to say the least, and it’s not without its problems, but it works.

Bonus Boss has a theme loosely based around gangster caricatures and it is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.

A promising attempt from a brand that’s going places

In addition to these new player promotions, Bonus Boss keeps things interesting with a Game of the Month bonus and a Refer-a-Friend promotion.

Slots and Bingo Rooms

The Bonus Boss games room is like Marmite, only it doesn’t taste like reconstituted fecal matter. It’s something you’ll either love or hate, and unlike the aforementioned “edible” spread, I love it.

Sure, there are only 30 games or so, but they’re all new and they all have jackpots. As someone who has played pretty much every Microgaming, Playtech, NetEnt, etc. slot on the market, it’s refreshing to see a games room of 100% unique titles.

I would have liked to see a few classics thrown in for good measure, but it’s good to see a casino that’s actually trying to do something different.

If you’re a seasoned gambler with a short attention span and a hatred of many popular slots, Bonus Boss could be ideal. If you love the classics and can play them for hours, it might not be for you.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Bonus Boss accepts PayPal, Pay By Phone, Visa, MasterCard, and PaysafeCard.

The minimum deposit is just £5 and while you can withdraw amounts of less than £10, it’s not advisable due to the £3 fee. Withdrawals are fast and the site has a range of deposit limits and loss limits to help you gamble responsibly.

Customer Support

I emailed Bonus Boss to ask them if they accepted PayPal and Bitcoin. It was a nothing question to see how and when they responded. Time-wise, they were great and responded in a couple of hours (at the same time, I emailed over 12 others and at the time of this review, 5 days later, they still haven’t responded).

But they weren’t much help. It was a simple question that could be answered with a “yes” and a “no”. In fact, I asked the exact same question of Jammy Monkey and they were very helpful. But Bonus Boss responded to ask for my name, mobile phone number, date of birth, full address, and username before they would entertain a reply.

Firstly, that’s a painfully slow way to get a response. Secondly, it rules out all players who have yet to join and just want to ask a few basic questions before they do.

It might have been an oversight, but I can only call it as I see it, and if I was a genuine member who had a genuine issue, that reply would make me give up and look elsewhere.

Bonus Boss Review Summary

This UK-licensed casino is somewhat similar to Casino2020 and Jammy Monkey, sites that are also operated by Intouch, but it’s unlike any of the other sites you will have played.

It’s not perfect, though. I prefer the style and customer support of Jammy Monkey. It will also be difficult for some players to get over the very limited selection of games and the absence of titles that they know and love.

As with Jammy Monkey, I think it’s important to praise these sites for their originality. I’m sick of seeing the same old games, bonuses, and themes, and so I would be a hypocrite if I called for originality one minute and then criticised a site for trying to be different the next.

It is getting a lower score than its sister sites, but that’s mainly down to the customer support issue and the other minor issues.

Bonus Boss FAQ

  • How Do I Withdraw?

Not all methods that you use to deposit can be used to withdraw. There is a minimum withdrawal of £10 if you want to avoid the £3 fee.

  • Can I Use PayPal?

Yes, Bonus Boss accepts PayPal and it is available for deposits and withdrawals.

  • Do I Need to Verify?

You will need to verify your account before you can deposit. This should happen automatically if you enter your correct details in full. If not, you will be asked to submit some basic documents, including a photo ID and utility bill.

  • Where Are All the Games?

Most casinos work with white label providers to provide a one-click solution for their games room. These providers work with a multitude of developers and this allows the casinos to host all of those games with ease. Bonus Boss works a little differently, creating all of its games in-house. It means that there is a very small selection, but many of them will be unique to you.
