Welcome offer
Zodiac Casino is run by Apollo Entertainment Limited, a Maltese company registered as C-45483, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account number 38620 and holding that licence since November 2014. It is part of the Casino Rewards network, which also puts Captain Cooks Casino and Villento Casino on the same platform and the same account terms.
We reviewed this site before with one central complaint: the bonus wagering was 200 times, which at the time was the highest figure we had recorded anywhere. That complaint no longer stands, and the reason it no longer stands is worth setting out, because it explains most of what has changed here.
The wagering requirement, then and now
British bonus wagering has been capped at ten times since 19 January 2026. Zodiac's own terms now read: "All bonuses are subject to 10 times play-through before your bonus balance is converted to cash."
To see what that changed, take a £20 bonus. At the old 200x figure you would have needed £4,000 of qualifying play before a penny of it became yours. At ten times you need £200. That is not an improvement at the margins. It is the difference between a requirement no ordinary player will ever finish and one that an evening's play can clear.
Any review of this site still quoting 200x, including our own until now, is describing terms that are no longer lawful in Britain. If you see that figure anywhere, it is out of date.
The welcome offer
Here we have to be careful, because the operator's British site does not make this easy.
The UK site advertises no welcome offer on any of its public pages. Its navigation runs Home, Casino Games, Winners List and Contact Us, and there is no signup bonus page. The version of this brand that carries the widely quoted offer, a small deposit bought for jackpot chances, is the Canadian site, which states plainly that it is only accessible to players residing in Ontario.
So the honest position is this: the general bonus terms apply to whatever offer you are shown at registration, and those terms are ten times play-through on slots only. We are not going to state a headline figure the operator does not publish to British players. Read the offer in the cashier before you take it.
How the bonus balance actually works
This is the part that deserves more attention than the headline ever gets, and the terms are unusually explicit about it.
Your account holds a cash balance and a bonus balance. Wagers are taken from both in proportion to what is in each, and winnings are returned to both in the same proportion. Play-through counts only on slots, which contribute 100%.
Then the clause that matters: a withdrawal resets the bonus balance to zero. Take your own deposit back and any bonus still sitting there is forfeited, including bonuses not yet credited that were attached to the money you withdrew.
That is a common arrangement, but stating it out loud changes how you would play. It means you cannot bank a win partway through and keep working on the bonus. The decision to cash out is a decision to abandon the bonus, and it is better made deliberately than discovered afterwards.
The 60-day clocks
Two separate 60-day rules run against a quiet account, and together they are the most aggressive thing in these terms.
First, promotional bonuses left unused for 60 days from registration are forfeited. A bonus counts as used once the minimum wagering has been met, so a partly played bonus is still an unused one.
Second, the account itself is dormant after 60 days without a wager, a deposit or a withdrawal. At that point the operator removes the balances. Bonus funds are forfeited outright. The cash part can be returned on request, which is the right outcome, but it takes a request rather than happening automatically.
Sixty days is short. Plenty of operators set dormancy at twelve months. If you are the kind of player who signs up, plays for a week and comes back at Christmas, this is the term that will cost you.
Games
The library leans on Games Global titles, the supplier formerly trading as Microgaming, with the progressive jackpot network that comes with them. The site advertises over 1,000 games and a total progressive pool in the region of £14.7m at the time of writing.
Recent winners listed on the site were playing Thunderstruck II, Break Away, Wacky Panda and Playboy Fortunes alongside third-party titles such as Sweet Bonanza, so the lobby is broader than a single-supplier casino.
The presentation is dated. It is a site that still pushes a downloadable client, and the general promotion terms say that unless stated otherwise, promotions apply only to deposits and wagers made on the download software. That is an odd restriction in 2026 and one to check before you assume browser play qualifies.
Depositing and withdrawing
The minimum withdrawal is £10. If the remaining balance is below that the whole of it can be withdrawn on request, though the terms allow a charge no greater than the cost of processing.
The terms also set out an irregular play list that voids winnings, and it is longer than most: using a double-up feature to increase bet values, even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette, autoplay used to work through wagering, and deliberate low-risk or hedged betting. The autoplay clause is the one to note, because clearing a requirement on autoplay is a thing a reasonable person might do without realising it is prohibited.
Support
Live chat runs through the Casino Rewards network rather than the brand, and email goes to a network helpdesk address. Support is advertised as 24/7 and multilingual. That is a consequence of the network model: you are dealing with the group, not with Zodiac.
Who it suits
Someone who will play regularly for a defined stretch, on slots, and who wants the Games Global progressive network. The wagering requirement is now at the legal floor and genuinely clearable.
It suits you less if you play in bursts with months in between, because both 60-day clocks are aimed squarely at that pattern, or if you want to see the offer written down before you register.
Playing safely
A large progressive jackpot is a number designed to be memorable. The chance of winning it is not changed by how memorable it is, and no amount of play brings it closer.
Every licensed British site provides deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and they can be set at registration rather than after something has gone wrong. The operator's terms also state that it may suspend new bonus offers where it sees signs of problem gambling, which is the correct thing to do. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, GamCare runs a free confidential helpline on 0808 8020 133, and GAMSTOP will exclude you from every licensed British site at once.
Zodiac Casino review summary
Three out of five, the same score as before, for entirely different reasons.
The old objection is gone. Two hundred times wagering was the worst term we had ever written about, and British law has removed it; ten times play-through on slots is a requirement a normal player can finish. The Games Global catalogue and the progressive network behind it are real attractions, and the terms are unusually clear about how the cash and bonus balances interact.
It stays at three because of what replaced the old problem. The British site publishes no welcome offer at all, so you cannot read the deal before you register. Promotional bonuses expire 60 days after you sign up, the account goes dormant after 60 days of quiet and has its balances removed, and a withdrawal zeroes any bonus you were still working on. None of that is hidden, all of it is in the terms, and all of it is harder on an occasional player than on a regular one.
