There’s not much I can say about this site’s deposit and withdrawal options that I haven’t said about all other Jumpman Gaming sites. Firstly, you have a good selection of banking methods to choose from (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, PaysafeCard, Pay By Mobile). Secondly, there is a fee of £2.50 for all withdrawals and a pending period of up to 72 hours. It’s a mixture of the good and the bad, but there are definitely more negatives than positives.

Customer Support

If you’re not a member, the only way to contact Wizard Slots is by email. That usually wouldn’t be a problem. Email support teams often work around the clock and you can typically get a response in just an hour or two. That’s simply not the case with Wizard Slots, though. I am writing this review on the 30th of January. On the evening of the 24th, I emailed the Wizard Slots support team to ask a few basic questions (“do you accept PayPal/will I need to verify my ID?”). I have yet to receive a response. I did get an automated response to warn me that it could take them up to 3 days to reply, but that’s all. I would usually be inclined to write this off as a minor oversight, but the email seems to have gone through to the main Jumpman Gaming support home. At the same time that I sent that email, I sent 20 others, a dozen of which were sent to other Jumpman sites. All went through to the same hub, all were ignored. It’s frustrating, and when you consider that email is the only way to contact them (for non-members), it’s also worrying. I’m sure they will use the pandemic as an excuse, even in 2022, but the non-Jumpman Gaming sites responded to my emails in a couple of hours. You could argue that these other sites were smaller and don’t operate with the same “all-in” hub mentality of Jumpman Gaming, so that makes it easier for them to reply. But if that’s the case, then Jumpman needs to change its ways and start adopting the same methods used by other casinos, ones that are faster at responding to customer queries.

Wizard Slots Review Summary

Wizard Slots is a good site, but that’s all. It has a withdrawal fee, its support isn’t the quickest, and withdrawals take too long. The bonuses are great though and you’ll find more than enough slots and bingo games to keep you busy. All things considered, it’s an average-to-good site that’s worth a look.
