There are a great many cookie-cutter casinos in this business and reviewing them can feel like repeating yourself. Vegas Moose at least arrives with a moose, which is not a thing I have had to write about before, and it backs the oddity up with one or two features its siblings do not carry.
The operator is Jumpman Gaming Limited, licensed under account 39175 in Alderney. The platform is shared; the extras are not entirely.
Welcome offers
Two of them. New players can take 10 free spins on Big Bass Splash without depositing anything, released once a valid debit card has been added and verified rather than charged.
After that, a £10 deposit spins the Mega Reel, advertised as up to 500 free spins on Big Bass Splash. That one is randomised, so the advertised number is its rarest result.
I said last time that the offer here would be far better in combination with something conventional, a straightforward free spins package or a matched deposit, and that remains true. What has improved is that you can now try the site without paying anything first, which is the fairest way to find out whether you like it.
Other promotions
Free slot tournament spins are the distinctive one, and when I last looked I had seen the mechanic on only one other site, which was a sibling operated by the same company and therefore does not really count. Alongside that sit a Daily Wheel every 24 hours, monthly cash giveaways and the network's tournament series.
Games, and a claim worth checking
Over 600 slots, plus live casino tables, all from the platform's shared suppliers.
A word about bigger numbers you may see quoted. When I went through the catalogue, a claim of around 2,000 games did not survive contact with what was actually there: it would require roughly 1,400 non-slot titles, which is not plausible for a site of this kind. My reading is that such a figure covers markets outside Britain, and that the British selection is more modest. Count the slots, not the headline.
Support
Phone support is offered here, which is genuinely unusual at this end of the market and worth more than another bonus to anyone who would rather speak to a person. Live chat and email are available too, reached from the FAQs page or the contact page.
What a bonus can turn into
Ten times wagering is the legal ceiling in Britain since 19 January 2026, and it is the number most reviews quote. The one that decides more sits in the banking policy.
Bonus money is never withdrawable in itself. Clear the wagering and it converts to real money only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, and never beyond £250. With no deposit on the account at all, £50 is the maximum, which is the figure that governs the offer above.
Paying in and getting out
The cashier belongs to the platform, so this holds at any Jumpman brand you have an account with.
Deposits start at £10 via Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller or Skrill, with up to three cards and everything in your own name. Pay by Mobile carries a £2.50 transaction fee.
Withdrawals sit through a pending period, then take one to five working days. A first payout waits on identification being approved, and rejected documents put the money back in your balance within 48 hours, where it can be gambled again. The £2.50 withdrawal fee we used to record is no longer in the policy.
The withdrawal fee I marked this site down for is no longer in the banking policy. Pay by Mobile deposits still carry £2.50, so the cost has moved to the paying-in end.
What happens when you ask to be paid
Two things, and neither helps you. A pop-up asks whether you would rather play with the pending withdrawal than deposit again, which arrives at exactly the moment someone has decided to stop. Reverse withdrawals were banned in October 2021; a prompt is not a reversal, but it works on the same hesitation.
And the terms withhold promotions while a withdrawal is pending, and do not release them afterwards. Asking for your money costs you the next offer.
The operator's record
On 17 May 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Jumpman Gaming would pay £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, plus £13,594.30 in costs, over anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings.
Customers had deposited and lost well above the average UK income before any meaningful review of their accounts, and carried on gambling at speed afterwards. Some customers with accounts at several Jumpman brands had also got round the operator's internal controls, which is worth holding on to when a network of more than two hundred sites presents each one as its own business.
Vegas Moose review summary
Four out of five, which it holds and now earns more comfortably than it did.
The withdrawal fee that was my first complaint has gone. Phone support remains rare and valuable, the tournament spins are a real differentiator, and there are now spins available before you commit any money. The reason it is not a five is the platform term: a bonus converts into real money only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, capped at £250 and at £50 on an account that has never deposited, and payouts wait out a pending period before one to five working days.
It suits somebody who wants to speak to a human when something goes wrong, and who likes tournaments. It suits you less if you want a large, conventional welcome bonus, because that is still the weakest part of the offering.
Pros
- Phone Support Available
- Free Slot Tournament Spins
- 10 Free Spins Before Depositing
- PayPal Accepted
- Withdrawal Fee Now Gone
Cons
- Bonus Capped To Lifetime Deposits
- Weak Conventional Welcome Bonus
- Game Counts Are Overstated
