Welcome offer
This is one of about 5 sites I have kept using rather than reviewed and abandoned, which after 20 years and several hundred accounts is as strong a recommendation as I can give. It is also a site I use more for the sportsbook than the casino, which colours what follows.
The licence holder is Platinum Gaming Limited of Sovereign Place, 117 Main Street, Gibraltar, licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account 45322. That is the same licence behind this operator's sister casino, which settles a question the old version of this review could only guess at. The two sites look almost identical because they are the same operation with a different colour scheme, and since the layout is a good one there is no sense in building a second.
Welcome Offer
The casino offer is 300 free spins, and the site states it like this:
Significant Terms: Opt in, deposit and stake £30 on slots to get 300 x £0.10 free spins on Big Bass Splash. 10x wagering. Debit card or instant bank transfer only. Claim within 7 days. Spins expire within 48 hours.
The spins are 10p each, so the set is worth £30 in stake, matching exactly what you had to put through to earn it. The 10x wagering applies to what the spins win rather than to your own money, and 10x is the most British rules allow.
The catch is the clock. You have 7 days to claim, and then the spins expire within 48 hours. Playing 300 spins inside 2 days is perfectly possible, but it is a schedule rather than a bonus, and it is noticeably tighter than the 30 days the sister site allows on the same game. If a weekend is about to get busy, claim later rather than sooner.
As with the sister site, a wallet will not qualify you. The opening deposit must be a debit card or an instant bank transfer.
Separate offers run on the sportsbook and on horse racing, usually structured as money back rather than bonus credit, and the casino and sports promotions do not share funds: casino bonus money cannot be staked on sport, and free bet credit cannot be played on slots.
Promotions
Ongoing promotions exist but this is not the operator I would pick for them. Over years of using the site the offers that arrive have been steady rather than generous, and I have had better from sites I use less.
What the terms do publish, and what matters more than the volume of offers, is how playthrough is counted. Slots, keno and scratchcards count in full. Table games count half. Roulette counts a fifth. Blackjack and video poker count as little as 2%, which means clearing a bonus on those is close to impossible by design. A long list of individual titles counts for nothing at all, and wagers placed through a slot's gamble feature or a poker double feature do not count either. Read the excluded games list before you decide where to play a bonus out, because this is where most people lose a bonus without realising why.
Games
I have been hard on Microgaming casinos in the past, the ones that felt like a shop window for the same handful of titles. This is not one of them, despite being a Microgaming licensee. That developer supplies a modest slice of the lobby and the weight of it comes from Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming and Relax Gaming, the last of which contributes more titles than Microgaming does.
The result is a good blend: the well-worn classics are present, the current releases arrive quickly, and the mix does not feel assembled from one catalogue. There is a live casino with exclusive tables, a poker room with its own apps, bingo with its own jackpots and wheel, and the sportsbook, all on one balance and one account.
The layout deserves a word. It is clean, quick and sorted sensibly, which is the main reason I kept the account.
Depositing and Withdrawing
Deposits and withdrawals have never given me trouble here. Winnings have arrived without chasing, and in several years the only payment problem I have had was PayPal disappearing.
That is worth recording properly, because it is the one real gripe in this review. I used PayPal here for years and made my last PayPal deposit on 9 February 2023. Within about 2 months it had gone. Other players reported it vanishing months earlier, which cannot be right since I was still using it, and when I asked the operator directly they confirmed PayPal was no longer offered to British players but would not say why. I was using PayPal at several other licensed British sites at the time, so it was not an industry-wide withdrawal.
What remains is debit cards, instant bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard. It is a slightly odd list, since the wallets that stayed are the ones that were everywhere before PayPal took over. Check the cashier when you join, because this is the part of the site most likely to have changed again, and note that wallet deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer.
Customer Support
Live chat is the main route and the site states cover around the clock, with a help centre behind it. I have never needed to escalate anything here, which is its own kind of review.
The account tools are the usual set for a large licensed operator, with deposit and session limits and a published policy on when to stop.
Review Summary
Four stars, down from the 5 this review used to carry, and the reason is specific rather than general: 300 free spins that expire within 48 hours are a worse deal than the same 300 spins with a month to use them, which is what the same company offers on its sister site. The games, the licence and the layout are identical. The clock is not.
Everything else holds up. The lobby is varied and current, the sportsbook and poker room share a balance with the casino, payouts have always been prompt, and the playthrough rules are published in enough detail to work out where a bonus can realistically be cleared.
If you want one account covering slots, live tables, bingo, poker and sport, this does all of it well. If you are here only for the welcome spins, check your diary first.
