Slots Temple presented me with a very unique experience. It’s the first time I was asked to review an online casino I was familiar with and had used, but had never joined. It’s a site that’s very familiar to me and one that helped me a lot, but at the same time, I didn’t even realise it offered real money gambling until I began this review. Confusing, right? Well, now you know how I felt when I first reviewed this site.

Welcome Bonus

I wasn’t offered a welcome bonus when I signed up for an account with Slots Temple. I expected that one would come along when I took those initial steps, but it didn’t happen. I can’t blame them, though. It’s not a traditional online casino. It still has thousands of demo games, along with reviews and other slot-based content. It’s a database of slots that eventually got a license and changed tact (more on that below). I expect we will see some welcome bonuses and other offers in the future, but there’s nothing like that available right now. On the plus side, there are lots of tournaments. I have praised online casinos that run regular tournaments in the past, but even the best of these can’t compare to Slots Temple. Tournaments

When I first saw the tournament list on Slots Temple, I thought I was looking at a list of all the tournaments that had been available this year. In actual fact, it was simply a list of the tournaments that were active at the time, as well as the ones that were coming up within the next few days. Needless to say, there are scores of these tournaments available. They range from free tournaments that don’t cost anything to join and have real money prizes, as well as ones that cost much more to take qualifying spins but also have substantial prizes. You could sit and play tournaments all day if you wanted to, and if you’re going to be playing some real money slots anyway, you might as well!

Slots and Other Casino Games

Okay, it’s time to explain myself. I was being ambiguous in my opening statement, and I need to clarify. I don’t just review UK casinos. I also review slots. Deposits and Withdrawals

You must deposit at least £10 on Slots Temple, and you can’t exceed £250 at a time. You also can’t make more than 10 transactions during a single 24-hour period. I was a little surprised to discover such low minimums, but they will still suit most players. To be honest, they also suit me, as I very rarely exceed that amount. It’s more of an issue that the site only accepts debit cards. I mostly stick with debit card payments these days, as the Faster Payments system means they are quick and easy. But if you prefer PayPal (as I used to), Pay by Phone, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, or other options, you will be disappointed. It states that all withdrawals will be processed in 24 hours. It also states that these may be subject to security checks, but I was never asked for more information, and it seems that they verified my details during a soft credit check when I signed up. Still, keep in mind that they might request additional documents if you make a substantial withdrawal at any point.

Verdict: Slots Temple Review

I have a lot of respect for Slots Temple. This site has helped me a lot over the years, and while their gambling license somehow went over my head throughout that time, I think it’s the perfect move. After all, this is a trusted site that already had a large community and that countless players used. It was the perfect transition, and it’s not hyperbole to suggest that it has the potential to be one of the biggest and best online gambling sites in the UK. However, it has a long way to go to reach that stage. It’s going to need some more payment options and bonuses, including a welcome offer and a loyalty scheme. I’m excited to see what these guys come up with, though, and will view them very differently from now on. Also, thanks to the real money tournament list, I will likely be back many times in the near future as I try to get my hands on some of those prizes.
