Roulette Online is not a name that was agonised over. Casino naming committees are not famous for subtlety, and this one went with the game and the medium and called it a day.
It is worth saying up front that the site is not roulette-only. There are roulette tables, and there are also slots, jackpots, live casino and bingo rooms, because underneath it is the Jumpman Gaming platform, licensed to Jumpman Gaming Limited under account 39175 in Alderney. If you arrived expecting a specialist, you have arrived at a general casino with a specialist's name.
Welcome offer
A 50% matchup bonus worth up to £100 on a £10 minimum deposit. Deposit £100 and you are given £50 in bonus funds, and so on down the scale.
A matchup is a better starting point than the prize wheels most of this network opens with, because the arithmetic is visible before you pay. Wagering is 10x on the bonus, at the legal maximum rather than above it. What decides its real value is the conversion cap further down.
Other promotions
The giveaways are my favourite thing about this platform and they are badly underused by operators elsewhere. Monthly cash draws award entries for wagering on a named game, there is a Daily Wheel giving a free spin every 24 hours, and a Turbo Reel arrives with larger qualifying deposits.
Games and performance
Roulette in several varieties, live dealer tables, a full slots catalogue, jackpots and bingo rooms. The site itself is quick and fluid and I have not run into any significant problems with it, which sounds like faint praise and is not: a lobby that loads properly is worth more than a clever theme.
PayPal is in the cashier and it works properly on a phone.
Customer support
Read this as the dated test it was. Preparing a run of reviews on this platform, I emailed every site on it, dozens of them, with basic and rather banal questions. Every single one ignored me. That is not a complaint about this brand specifically so much as a finding about the platform it sits on.
The position has changed since. Jumpman rolled live chat out across its UK sites in October 2024, so email is no longer the only route in, and chat is opened from the FAQs page or the contact page. I have not repeated the experiment, so treat the silence as history.
The cap that sizes the offer
The wagering requirement is ten times, at the legal maximum rather than above it. The conversion cap is the more consequential term.
Bonus funds convert to withdrawable money only up to your lifetime deposits, with £250 the absolute ceiling. The operator gives its own worked example of a player holding £400 in bonus funds who is still limited by what they have deposited.
The cashier
Shared across the network rather than set by this brand, so none of it is particular to this site.
You can fund from £10 by debit card, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller or Skrill, with a three-card limit and a requirement that every method is in your own name. Pay by Mobile works and adds £2.50 a go.
Going the other way takes longer: a pending period first, then one to five working days to the bank. Identification must be accepted before a first withdrawal moves, and documents that are refused return the money to your balance inside 48 hours. An old complaint of ours, a £2.50 withdrawal fee, has gone from the current terms.
The withdrawal fee I listed against this site is no longer in the banking policy, which removes the sharpest of my banking complaints. Pay by Mobile deposits still carry £2.50.
The cost of cashing out
Request a withdrawal and the site offers to let you play with it instead of making a fresh deposit. That prompt lands on people who have just decided to take their money and go. The Commission outlawed reverse withdrawals in October 2021, and while this is not one, it is built for the same moment.
The terms add a second cost: no promotions while a withdrawal is pending, and none granted once it has been processed.
What the regulator found
The Gambling Commission announced on 17 May 2022 that Jumpman Gaming would make a £500,000 payment in lieu of a financial penalty and pay £13,594.30 towards investigation costs, following failures in anti-money laundering and social responsibility.
The failings included customers losing sums far beyond the average UK income before anyone reviewed the account properly, and continuing to gamble at high velocity. The Commission also found that people holding accounts across several of the operator's brands had circumvented its controls.
Roulette Online review summary
Three out of five. Of the three faults I named, two have improved: the withdrawal fee is gone and support is no longer email-or-nothing.
What holds the score is the conversion cap. A bonus becomes withdrawable money only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, capped at £250, so a 50% match advertised up to £100 is worth what your own deposits allow rather than what the banner says. Payouts still wait out a pending period before one to five working days, with promotions suspended in the meantime.
It suits a player who wants roulette and live dealer tables in the same account as slots and bingo, and who prefers a matchup they can calculate. It suits you less if you came for roulette alone, because this is a general casino wearing the name.
