Rollbit

Rollbit Casino is operated by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited from Sovereign Place on Main Street in Gibraltar, under licence reference 57869 with the Gambling Commission.

First, the thing everybody asks. This is not the crypto site. The .com address that shares the name deals in crypto betting, trading and NFTs, and none of that appears here, because none of it would be permitted here. What you get at the British address is a conventional online casino taking pounds from a debit card. If you arrived looking for the other thing, you are in the wrong place; if you arrived by accident, the site behind the name is more ordinary than the name suggests.

Welcome offer

50 free spins on Big Bass Football Bonanza.

Now the qualification, which is where this offer is decided. You deposit at least £20, and then you wager £20 of your own cash on slots. Only after both of those does anything arrive, and what arrives is 50 spins at 10p each: £5 of spins for £20 staked.

Set that beside what the same money buys elsewhere. Plenty of sites ask for £10 and hand back 50 spins at 20p, which is twice the spin value for half the deposit. This one asks for double the money, then asks you to turn it over in the slots before it pays out, and the most you can take from the whole thing is £50.

There is one more condition, and it is the sort that catches people. The qualifying deposit has to be made through the promotion in the cashier's drop-down menu. Deposit your £20 without picking the offer from that list and it does not count, and because the promotion is first-deposit-only there is no second attempt. If you are going to claim this, claim it deliberately.

The spins are credited within seven days rather than instantly, then valid for seven days once they land. Only one bonus or set of spins can be active on the account at a time. And the offer can be redeemed once across the whole Grace Media network, so if you have claimed something similar at a sister site, you have already used it.

Promotions after the welcome

Better than the welcome, and the reason the score is not lower.

Weekly reward spins are credited by 5pm every Monday, or the next working day after a bank holiday. Deposit and wager £25 during the previous week and you get 10 free spins; make it £50 and you get 20. They run on Big Bass Bonanza 1000, Emerald King Wheel of Wealth or Fishin' Reels, with spin values varying by game.

A lot of casinos hand you one welcome offer and then forget you exist. A standing weekly promotion with thresholds you can actually hit is worth more over a few months than a headline welcome you claim once, and it has the virtue of being easy to understand: stake this much, get these spins, every Monday.

Games

Slots lead, drawn from the studios a British player would expect to see, with live dealer tables and the usual spread of roulette, blackjack and casino classics behind them. Both games the promotions run on come from Pragmatic Play, which tells you where the lobby's centre of gravity sits.

Nothing here is unique to Rollbit. That is true of most casinos, and it matters less than what it costs to play and how easily you are paid.

Support

Live chat, an FAQ section and a help and advice area, with a documents guidance page for verification. Live chat is the one that counts, and having it rather than a contact form and a two-day wait is a point in the site's favour.

The operator's record

The Gambling Commission recorded a £60,000 financial penalty against Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited on 26 June 2025. The breaches were of the social responsibility code: failures in how self-exclusion procedures were applied, and in obtaining consent for direct electronic marketing.

Two things are worth saying about it. The amount is small next to the six and seven-figure settlements paid by several of the larger operators whose sites we review, and the Commission accepted that the failures came from human error in applying the policies rather than from the policies themselves, with remedial measures since put in place.

But self-exclusion is not an ordinary compliance box. It is the mechanism a person uses when they have decided they need to stop, and a failure to apply it properly reaches the people least able to absorb it. A modest penalty for that is still a penalty for that, and it belongs in a review of the site rather than in a footnote.

Rollbit Casino review summary

Three out of five. The site is straightforward, the lobby is stocked from the right studios, live chat is there when you need it, and the weekly reward spins give regular players a reason to come back that does not depend on a one-off welcome.

What holds it back is the welcome offer itself, which asks more and gives less than the market around it. £20 deposited and £20 staked to receive £5 of spins, capped at £50, with a drop-down menu standing between you and qualifying at all, is a demanding route to a small prize. Judge this one on the Monday spins rather than the sign-up, and ignore the name over the door.
