Pay By Mobile Slots is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under account number 39175 on the Gambling Commission's register, from Alderney.

The name tells you what the site is for: depositing by adding the amount to your phone bill, without a bank card. It is a real need, particularly for players who would rather not hand card details to a gambling site, and building a brand around it is a reasonable idea.

Then you read the terms.

The fee in the name

The site’s own terms and conditions list the ways you can pay in, and against one of them they say this: Pay by Mobile. All deposits incur a £2.50 transaction fee.

The minimum deposit is £10. So depositing the minimum, by the method the site is named after, on a site that exists to offer that method, costs you £2.50 of your £10. That is 25% gone before a reel turns.

Every other method here is free: debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard. The charge applies only to the one in the sign above the door.

To be fair about where the fee comes from, it is a platform charge rather than something this brand invented, and every site on this network applies it. But the other two hundred are not named after the method. A site called Pay By Mobile Slots that charges £2.50 for paying by mobile is selling you the thing it penalises.

Welcome offer

A 50% match on your first deposit, up to £100 of bonus, from £10 upwards, with wagering at ten times the bonus.

Half matches need reading differently from full ones. £100 of bonus needs £200 of your own money here, where a 100% match elsewhere would want £100. The ceiling is higher than several siblings offer; the rate at which you buy it is worse.

What a bonus can turn into

Ten times wagering is the legal ceiling in Britain since 19 January 2026, and it is the figure most reviews stop at. The one that decides more is further down the banking policy.

Bonus money is never withdrawable as bonus money. Clear the wagering and it converts into real funds only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, and never beyond £250. The offer is therefore sized by what you have already paid in rather than by what you win.

What happens when you ask to be paid

Two things, and neither helps you. A pop-up asks whether you would rather play with the pending withdrawal than deposit again, which arrives at exactly the moment someone has decided to stop. Reverse withdrawals were banned in October 2021; a prompt is not a reversal, but it works on the same hesitation.

And the terms withhold promotions while a withdrawal is pending, and do not release them afterwards. Asking for your money costs you the next offer.

One more term worth knowing

The terms also provide for an administration fee of £5 taken from an inactive account every 30 days, until the balance runs out or the account is reactivated. If you are the sort of player who opens an account, plays for a week and forgets it, leave nothing behind in it.

What one licence across 200 sites means for you

A self-exclusion or a deposit limit you set with this operator should apply across its brands, not just the one you set it on, and the 2022 enforcement action found customers with accounts at several brands getting around internal controls. If you are limiting yourself, check the limit has reached every account you hold here, and use GAMSTOP if you want it to reach every UK operator.

It also means a complaint is about the operator rather than the brand, and a payout problem at one site is likely to look the same at the next.

The operator's record

On 17 May 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Jumpman Gaming would pay £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, plus £13,594.30 in costs, over anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings.

Customers had deposited and lost well above the average UK income before any meaningful review of their accounts, and carried on gambling at speed afterwards. Some customers with accounts at several Jumpman brands had also got round the operator's internal controls, which is worth holding on to when a network of more than two hundred sites presents each one as its own business.

Before you claim anything here

Three habits are worth adopting on this network. Screenshot the offer terms on the day you claim, because nothing is archived publicly and the wording changes without notice. Send your identification documents before you want a withdrawal rather than after, since the first payout waits on them being approved. And decide your deposit total before you start, because the conversion cap means a bonus is only ever worth as much as you have paid in.

Pay By Mobile Slots review summary

Three out of five, which is where the platform lands and the site does nothing to move it. Wagering at the legal floor, £10 to start, live chat since October 2024 and the same lobby as its siblings.

The name is the problem. A player who arrives here because they want to deposit by phone bill is being charged £2.50 to do exactly that, a quarter of the minimum deposit, while the card and e-wallet options cost nothing. If paying by mobile is what you need, this site will do it, and so will any of the other two hundred on the same platform at the same price. There is no reason for this one to be your choice.

Pros

  • Wagering At The Legal Floor, Not Above It
  • Debit Cards, PayPal, Skrill And Neteller All Accepted
  • Live Chat As Well As Email
  • £10 Gets You In

Cons

  • £2.50 To Use The Method It Is Named After
  • A 50% Match Means Paying In Twice As Much
  • £5 A Month Taken From Inactive Accounts
  • Operator Paid £500,000 In 2022
