Parimatch

Parimatch Casino is one of the outcomes of this brand's arrival in Britain, with the other being its sportsbook. Both sections are accessible with a single Parimatch account, but in this review I will focus on the casino.

The British site is operated by BV Gaming Limited under Gambling Commission account 39576, as a white label on that company's licence. That is the same licence behind BetVictor, which explains something this review used to put down to coincidence: the two sites are not merely similar, they are the same operation underneath.

Welcome Offer

There is no casino welcome offer. What Parimatch advertises to new customers is a sportsbook deal.

Significant Terms: 18+, new customers only. Opt in, deposit and bet £10 on any sports at odds of 2.00 or greater within 7 days. No cash out. Get 4 x £5 sports free bets for set markets at odds of 2.00 or greater, which expire in 7 days.

So you stake £10 and receive £20, but it arrives as four £5 sports free bets restricted to selected markets, and they are gone in a week. None of it can be played on slots, roulette or the live tables.

If you hold an account for the betting as well, that is a reasonable offer. If you came for the casino, there is nothing here for joining, and that is the single biggest change to this review.

Loyalty Bonus

Parimatch has occasional offers and free to play games. Most of these are for the sportsbook, but you can still participate as a Parimatch Casino player. For instance, Hat-Trick Hunt offers free bets and bonus credits to players who correctly predict the scores of selected football matches, and it is completely free to play. There are acca bonuses and odds boosts too, along with free spin promotions over on the casino.

Slots and Other Games

Parimatch Casino has a good, albeit small, selection of games that spans everything from dozens of Megaways slots to all the popular NetEnt games. You will find Drops and Wins, Daily Jackpots, new slots and exclusive slots.

There are a few progressive jackpot systems as well, including Jackpot King from Blueprint Gaming. These are progressive, so the totals vary constantly, but both the Jackpot King pot and the WowPot have run into the millions, the latter well past £7m when this review was first written. The seed amounts are high and they usually reach substantial sums.

If table games are more your thing, Parimatch Casino has a small selection of computer dealt games such as European Platinum Roulette, Blackjack 5 Hand Low Stakes and 20p Roulette. There is a live casino too, with Evolution and others ensuring it is packed with live table games and game shows, including Crazy Time, The Money Drop Live, Red Door Roulette and Crazy Pachinko. Parimatch's own branded roulette games are worth a look too, as they are exclusive to the site.

Depositing and Withdrawing

You can use PayPal to deposit and withdraw on Parimatch Casino, which is worth knowing because a number of comparable sites have dropped it. Debit cards and Apple Pay are accepted alongside it.

Note one long standing quirk of this operator's promotions: a qualifying deposit generally has to be made with a debit card, so funding the account with a wallet can invalidate an offer you were otherwise entitled to. Check which methods qualify before you deposit rather than afterwards.

Customer Support

User review sites are not always a good indicator of the quality of a gambling site. Many of them do not request reviews, so the only players leaving them are the ones actively searching for a review platform, signing up and then writing one. Contented customers rarely do this, but the same cannot be said for angry customers desperate for a rant.

What is more, casinos and betting sites make players angry. The bulk of the reviews for these sites are either complaining about bonuses, usually because they overlooked a term and did not get what they wanted, or complaining about games being rigged because they have been on a bad run.

So it is a surprise when you encounter a site with positive reviews and a high overall score. Such was the case with Parimatch, which held an average of 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot when we looked. The fact that the support team responds to disgruntled reviewers is an even better sign, as it means somebody is listening and trying to resolve the issue, which is not always the case in this industry.

Live chat is available from the site.

Verdict: Parimatch Review

Its sister site is a fantastic casino and Parimatch is pretty much a carbon copy. I love the simple and clean layout. It is easy to find what you are looking for and it is also dynamic on desktop, which means it does not capitulate into a mess of wrongly sized icons and disappearing images when you resize the window. In fact I was using dual screen mode as I wrote, and Parimatch simply condensed into a tablet-like window.

It sounds like a simple thing, and it is, as I doubt it takes much to implement such a feature. But it is something that is lacking on many online casinos.

I would have preferred a bigger games room and more promotions, and I cannot shake the feeling that Parimatch is a sportsbook first and a casino second, much like the site it shares a licence with.

This review used to carry a 4, and it drops to 3 for one reason: there is no longer a casino welcome offer at all. The £20 on the table arrives as sports free bets on selected markets, expiring in a week, and a casino player cannot touch it. The layout, the jackpots and the live casino are as good as they ever were. The front door is not.
