Mr. Green is an online gambling brand fronted by a green-suited mascot. It launched back in 2008 and has appeared in countless TV ads and online marketing campaigns since then.
Mr. Green Casino was one of the first major gambling bands to work with multiple developers. It signed deals with providers like Microgaming, NetEnt, and Play’n GO at a time when others were making the choice between Playtech and Microgaming.
I have a lot of respect for Mr. Green for doing that. I remember that time. I remember that most casinos chose Microgaming. And I remember getting a sense of Deja-vu on every single casino that I joined. It’s one of the reasons why I have criticised Microgaming-focused casinos in the past—it’s nothing to do with the developer itself and everything to do with how it was overused.

There are over 1,000 games available on Mr. Green. As noted above, it was one of the first casinos to explore multiple gaming providers and offer a varied selection that was not just limited to 400 Microgaming slots. These days it has been left behind somewhat as there are sites offering over 4,000 games as well as ones that create 100% unique titles, such as Jammy Monkey and Casino2020. However, Mr. Green still has a decent selection. There are titles from NetEnt, Play’n GO, Blueprint Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming, among others. There are also exclusive slots, although not as many as you can find elsewhere. These tend to involve the site’s enigmatic mascot, such as Lucky Mr. Green. The jackpot games are good and the mobile support is great, but I feel like it needs a little more to be truly extraordinary. When your competitors are hosting thousands of games from dozens of developers, a few hundred simply won’t suffice. On the plus side, most categories are covered with these games and it has a good Live Casino offering. Mr. Green also has a sportsbook. I actually really like the look of the sportsbook and it has some interesting betting markets, as well. It seems to be the same software used on the 32Red and Unibet sportsbooks, and it just so happens to be one of my favourites. As an accessory to the casino, something you can play every now and then, it’s ideal.Mr. Green Customer Support
I don’t usually place a lot of weight on negative reviews. Most players only leave a review when they want to vent, and as losing money and missing out on bonuses makes them angry, that’s often when they choose to vent. But I paid a little more attention to Mr. Green’s reviews as many of them concern customer support. Not only is this a sign that there could be a problem, but it’s one that I have experienced personally. I was an active member of Mr. Green back in 2016. At the time, I encountered an issue, contacted customer support through Live Chat, and was met with a very unhelpful and condescending support team member. I was happy to give them the benefit of the doubt as you can’t control all of your staff at all times, but after emailing them and getting someone else, they were even worse. I persisted with my complaints and met with a wall of inadequacy. Of course, this is just my personal experience and it’s one that happened over 6 years ago, but considering other players have similar concerns, it suggests there is still an issue. The good news is that you will probably never need to contact customer support. It’s a well-run casino that gets most things right, after all. The bad news is that if you do need to contact them, you could encounter some issues. It’s also worth noting that Mr. Green is owned by William Hill these days and I have had nothing but good experiences with them.Verdict: Mr Green Review
Mr. Green is an attractive site with some good games, a great sportsbook, and solid mobile support. Clearly, I have had issues with this site in the past but even if I ignore the customer support issues—which, admittedly, are probably rare—there are a couple of issues. There isn’t much in the way of extensive loyalty programs and there also isn’t a large Welcome Bonus. These are pretty big issues for modern casino players, and it’s why Mr. Green only gets a 3/5 from me. [publishpress_authors_box layout="ppma_boxes_9936" user_id="4"]Pros
