Monster Casino is run by ProgressPlay Limited, account number 39335 on the Gambling Commission's register, from Limassol in Cyprus, and the register carries this site's domain under that licence as a white label. It is one of 193 domains the company operates for British players.

Casino and sportsbook sit on one account here, which is the main practical reason to pick this door rather than one of the many others into the same building.

Welcome offer, and what it can actually pay

The advertised welcome is a package of up to £1,000 plus 100 free spins on Starburst and Eye of Horus: Rise of Egypt, on a minimum deposit of £20.

Now the two lines further down the same terms, because they change the offer entirely. Max conversion is £50 from the bonus, and £20 from the free spins.

So the largest sum this welcome can ever put in your withdrawable balance is £70, against a headline of £1,000. Everything above that ceiling is money you can play with and never take out. That is not a hidden term or a trick, it is printed in the offer's own small print, but the gap between the number in the advert and the number you can be paid is the widest we have recorded on any site.

The wagering is ten times the bonus within 30 days, and ten times any free spin winnings within seven days. Ten times is the legal maximum in Britain since 19 January 2026, and the seven days you get for the spins is the tighter of the two limits.

Two more conditions catch people. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded, so fund by card if you want the offer. And a withdrawal request voids all active and pending bonuses, so cashing out mid-offer forfeits whatever is left of it.

Read past the thousand and this is a £70 offer with a £20 entry. Judged on that basis it is ordinary rather than bad. Judged on its headline it is one of the least honest presentations in this market.

Games

Slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette and game shows, with the jackpot titles that run across this operator's estate, plus the sportsbook. The library is the platform's rather than this brand's, so it is the same set of games you will meet at its siblings, arranged behind a different logo.

Our earlier review found the design wanting, and the site has not been rebuilt since. It is functional rather than pleasant, and on a platform this size the front end is one of the few things a brand actually controls.

Getting your money out

The terms state that withdrawals are subject to a processing fee of 1%, up to £3 per withdrawal. It applies every time, so taking money out in small amounts costs you repeatedly. If you are cashing out, cash out in one go.

We previously recorded a minimum withdrawal of £2.50 here alongside a £10 minimum deposit. A low minimum is usually a good sign, because it means a small balance can leave rather than being played away, but the percentage fee blunts that: on the smallest withdrawals you are handing back a meaningful slice.

Our earlier review also found withdrawals slow, and no target time is published now, so ask support for one before you deposit.

The sportsbook, and what it means for a bonus

Having sport on the same account is convenient, and it introduces one trap worth knowing. Casino bonus wagering is cleared on casino games; sports bets normally contribute nothing towards it. Place a football bet while a casino bonus is live and you may be spending money that does not move you any closer to clearing it.

The reverse also applies: sports promotions and casino promotions are usually separate, with their own terms. Read which product an offer belongs to before you opt in.

One platform, many front doors

The register lists 193 domains under this licence. It is worth knowing because the things people usually judge a casino on here, the cashier, the fee, the bonus structure and the support, belong to the platform rather than the brand, and are identical across scores of sites.

What a brand on this platform can actually change is its front end, its product mix and which promotions it runs. On that basis, the sportsbook is this site's real argument for itself, and the design is the thing it has done least with.

One habit worth adopting here, as on any site in this family: screenshot the terms of an offer on the day you claim it. Promotions are not archived publicly and change without notice, so a screenshot is the only record of what you were promised.

The operator's record

On 9 May 2025 the Gambling Commission concluded a licence review of ProgressPlay Limited. It found breaches of the anti-money laundering licence conditions, including those covering operators based in foreign jurisdictions, and failures against the customer interaction provisions of the social responsibility code.

The Commission issued a formal warning, attached a licence condition requiring a third-party audit within six months into whether the company was properly implementing its anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls, and imposed a financial penalty of £1,000,000. It noted the company co-operated and took corrective steps.

That was not the first time. On 17 May 2022 the Commission announced a separate action against the same company, which paid £175,718 over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. Two enforcement outcomes in three years is a pattern rather than an incident.

Monster Casino review summary

Monster Casino keeps its three out of five. Sport and casino on one balance is a genuine convenience, the jackpot selection is among the better ones on this platform, the wagering sits at the legal ceiling, and your own money is staked before the bonus.

The three out of five is decided at the cashier. A 1% fee up to £3 applies to every withdrawal, our experience of payout speed here has been poor, and the headline bonus is a number that needs four figures of your own money to reach. Add last year's £1,000,000 penalty against the operator and the case for choosing this door over a casino that pays without deductions is thin.

It suits a player who bets on sport and plays slots on the same account, and who takes winnings out in one amount. It suits you less if you withdraw regularly, or want a site that looks like it was built this decade.
