Welcome offer
Megaways deserves the fuss. It is a reel mechanic that can put over 100,000 paylines on a single slot, and the first time I wrote that number down my editor sent the piece back asking me to check it. Slots went from 1 payline to 3, to 20, to 4,096, and then this thing arrived and added a few more zeroes. A casino named after it is a casino with something to live up to.
It has had a complicated life. The site closed in September 2023, when its then owner moved players to another of its brands, and this review sat unchanged as a record of a casino that no longer existed. It is now running again under a different operator: Skill On Net Ltd, registered in Malta under number C50024, at Level 5, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta'Xbiex, licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account 39326. Same name, same idea, different company behind the counter.
Welcome Offer
The offer is 100 free spins, and the site states it like this:
Significant Terms: Automatically credited upon deposit. First deposit only. Minimum deposit £10. Game: Fishin' Frenzy Big Catch Megaways. Spin value £0.10. WR 10x free spin winnings amount, only slots count. Max bet is 10% (minimum £0.10) of the free spin winnings amount or £5, whichever is lower.
The spins are 10p each, so 100 of them carry £10 of stake for a £10 deposit, and they are credited automatically rather than hidden behind an opt-in. The wagering is 10x, applied to what the spins win rather than to your own money, and that is the ceiling British rules allow rather than a figure invented to look modest.
There is one condition people trip over. While you are clearing that wagering, your maximum bet is capped at 10% of the free spin winnings or £5, whichever is lower. Win £8 from the spins and your maximum stake is 80p until the 10x is done. It is a sensible rule that stops anyone clearing a bonus in 2 spins, but it is worth knowing before you load a £2 stake and wonder why it was refused.
The best thing about the offer is where the spins land. Free spin offers across the market are stuck on the same handful of games, the ones everybody has played a hundred times. Here they are on a Megaways slot, which is the least a casino called this could do and more than many manage.
Promotions
Two things run alongside the welcome offer. Daily Picks puts a fresh offer in your account each day, available for a limited window, so what you get depends on when you look and how you play. The VIP Lounge adds dedicated account support and tailored rewards at the top end.
Neither is published as a schedule you can plan around, which is the ordinary state of affairs now: personalised offers have replaced the posted calendar almost everywhere. Check the promotions page before depositing rather than after, because a Daily Pick often beats depositing cold.
Games
The lobby is sorted into slots, jackpots, live casino, roulette, blackjack and a Megaways section, and the Megaways shelf is properly stocked: Fishin' Frenzy Big Catch, Buffalo King, 5 Lions, Madame Destiny and Buffalo Blitz among plenty of others.
The jackpot section is the part the old version of this site did not have. The progressive totals on display run from five figures into the hundreds of thousands, and there is a dedicated jackpots category rather than a few games scattered through the slots.
The live casino covers the usual game shows and table formats, and the catalogue around all of it comes from the major studios rather than being built in house, so a fair number of these games will be familiar. That is the honest trade: you are here for the mechanic and the jackpots, not for exclusives.
Depositing and Withdrawing
The minimum deposit is £10, which is also what the welcome offer needs. The site names Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay and Trustly among its methods and advertises instant withdrawals, with no fees quoted on either side.
As at every licensed British site, verification has to clear before a withdrawal is paid. If your details are entered correctly at signup and your records are unremarkable, that happens automatically. If not, you will be asked for documents, and the wait is on your paperwork rather than on the casino.
Customer Support
There is a help section and support behind it, with safer gambling tools in the account area: deposit limits, playtime reminders and the option to take a break. Those being in the account area rather than buried in a policy page is worth more than it sounds, because a limit you can set in 30 seconds is a limit people actually set.
Review Summary
Four stars, up from the 3 this review carried, and the reason is that it is a different site under a different operator with a better offer.
The old complaint was that a casino named after the most spectacular mechanic in slots had a thin lobby and little to show for the branding. Now the offer is 100 spins worth £10 for a £10 deposit, credited automatically, capped at the 10x wagering the rules allow, and spent on a Megaways game rather than on whatever the marketing department had spare. There is a real jackpot section and a Megaways shelf deep enough to justify the name.
What stops it going higher is that the games are the same games you can play in a dozen other lobbies, and the ongoing offers are personalised rather than published, so you cannot tell before joining what you will be given. The concept is still better than the execution. But the execution has caught up a long way.
