Maxiplay is run by ProgressPlay Limited, account number 39335 on the Gambling Commission's register, from Limassol in Cyprus. The register lists this site's domain under that licence as a white label, one of 193 domains the company operates for British players.

It carries bingo alongside the slots, which narrows the field considerably: most casinos on this platform do not, and a site that runs both lets you move between them on one balance.

Welcome offer

A 200% match up to £200, plus 25 free spins, on a qualifying deposit of £10. The multiplier is the thing to notice. Almost every welcome offer in this market is 100%, so £10 returns £10 of bonus. Here £10 returns £20, and £100 returns £200.

That is a genuinely larger offer, and it comes with the same wagering as its smaller siblings: ten times the bonus within 30 days, and ten times any free spin winnings within seven days, with contribution varying by game and only selected games counting.

Ten times is the legal maximum in Britain since 19 January 2026. Worth doing the sum, though: a 200% match on a £100 deposit gives £200 of bonus, which needs £2,000 of qualifying play to clear. A bigger bonus is a bigger requirement, not a bigger gift.

One structural point in the platform's favour: your real balance is staked before bonus money, so a deposit you have not yet spent remains withdrawable rather than being locked beneath the offer.

Games

Slots, casino games, jackpots and bingo, organised into popular, slots, casino and jackpot sections. The library is the platform's, which means the mainstream studios and the jackpot titles shared across the estate rather than anything exclusive to this door.

The design is dated, and that was our finding when we last reviewed the site too. It works, it is not confusing, and it looks like a site built several years ago and left alone.

The bingo side

Bingo on a casino platform is usually an afterthought, a single room bolted on so the site can put the word in its menu. Here it is a listed product rather than a token, which matters if you want both on one balance instead of funding two accounts.

What we cannot tell you from outside is ticket prices, room schedules or what the jackpots run at, because none of that is published to visitors. Those are the numbers that decide whether a bingo room is worth your evening, so look at them before you deposit rather than after.

Getting your money out

Maxiplay's own withdrawals page states a processing fee of 1%, up to £3 per withdrawal. That is a charge for being paid money you have already won, and it applies every time you cash out, which means little and often is the expensive way to use this site.

Our earlier review also recorded slow withdrawals here. No target time is published today, so if payout speed matters, ask support for the figure before you deposit rather than after you win.

Support

Email, live chat and telephone. The telephone line is worth noting because it is rare: most casinos on this platform, and most casinos generally, have quietly dropped phone support. Being able to speak to somebody is worth more than a chat window when a payment has gone wrong.

One platform, many front doors

The register lists 193 domains under this single licence. The practical effect is that the cashier, the fee, the bonus rules and the support you meet here are the platform's rather than this brand's, and they are shared with scores of other casinos.

So the question worth asking is not whether this site beats an unrelated casino, but whether it beats its own siblings. On that test the 200% match, the bingo room and the telephone line are what set it apart.

The operator's record

On 9 May 2025 the Gambling Commission concluded a licence review of ProgressPlay Limited. It found breaches of the anti-money laundering licence conditions, including the requirements on operators based in foreign jurisdictions, and failures to comply with the customer interaction provisions of the social responsibility code.

The outcome was a formal warning, a new licence condition requiring a third-party audit within six months to check the company was implementing its anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls properly, and a financial penalty of £1,000,000. The Commission recorded that the company co-operated and took corrective steps.

Customer interaction is the provision covering how an operator spots and responds to a customer who may be gambling more than they can afford. A finding against it is the most serious thing on this list for a reader.

That was not the first time. On 17 May 2022 the Commission announced a separate action against the same company, which paid £175,718 over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. Two enforcement outcomes in three years is a pattern rather than an incident.

Maxiplay review summary

Maxiplay holds its three out of five. The 200% match is the largest multiplier on this platform and one of the larger ones anywhere, the wagering is at the legal ceiling rather than above it, bingo and slots sit on one account, and telephone support is a real advantage.

What keeps it at three is the exit. A 1% fee up to £3 on every withdrawal is a cost you pay for winning, our own experience of payouts here has been slow, and the operator was fined £1,000,000 last year for failings that included the checks meant to protect customers.

It suits a player who wants a large match bonus, will clear it in one run, and withdraws in single amounts rather than small ones. It suits you less if you cash out often, or if the regulator's findings weigh with you.

Pros

  • 200% Match Is The Largest Here
  • Telephone Support
  • Real Money Is Staked First
  • Bingo As Well As Slots

Cons

  • 1% Withdrawal Fee, Up To £3
  • Operator Fined £1m In 2025
  • Dated Design
