4/5Expert Review

A Sin City theme over a large slots and bingo lobby, with a welcome offer whose conversion caps matter more than its headline.

Las Vegas Casino is, unsurprisingly, an online casino built on Sin City. I assumed that meant a site littered with unwanted flyers and geriatric performers you thought had died 20 years ago. It is not: the theme is restrained, the neon stays in the logo, and what is underneath is a large slots and bingo lobby.

It is operated by ProgressPlay Limited of the Punchbowl Centre, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians, Malta, company number C58305, licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account 39335 and by the Malta Gaming Authority.

That operator's regulatory record is worth knowing before you deposit anywhere on it. On 9 May 2025 ProgressPlay paid a £1,000,000 penalty and received an official warning and a mandatory third-party audit, for anti-money-laundering breaches and failures to interact with customers showing signs of harm. It had already paid £175,718 in May 2022. The company is licensed and operating, and the penalties are a matter of public record rather than an allegation.

Welcome Offer

The offer is a £25 match plus 33 free spins, and the site states it like this:

Significant Terms: 18+ new UK players only. Minimum deposit £20. Wagering occurs from real balance first. 10x wagering the bonus within 30 days and 10x wagering the free spins winnings within 7 days. Contribution may vary per game. Available on selected games only. Max conversion: 3x the bonus amount for the match bonus and £20 for the free spins winnings. Limited to 5 brands within the network. Withdrawal requests void all active and pending bonuses. Excluded Skrill and Neteller deposits.

The headline is a 100% match to £25 with 33 spins on top, and £20 is the minimum that triggers it. The wagering is 10x and calculated on bonus bets only, which is the legal maximum and the fairer of the two ways to apply it.

The lines to read twice are the conversion caps, because they, not the wagering, decide what you can actually keep. The match bonus converts to a maximum of 3 times the bonus amount, so a £25 bonus can turn into at most £75 however well it goes. The free spin winnings convert to a maximum of £20. Beyond those ceilings, the money is not yours.

Two more terms worth knowing. A withdrawal request voids any active or pending bonus, so cashing out mid-bonus forfeits it rather than pausing it. And Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from qualifying, so use a card if you want the offer.

Promotions

Alongside the welcome offer sits a prize wheel paying up to 500 free spins, and a rewards programme that turns play across slots and bingo into points, which in turn unlock promotions and account benefits. Participation is optional.

The points scheme is vaguer than I would like. It states that rewards may include access to selected promotions and bonus offers without publishing a ladder, so there is no way to work out in advance what a given amount of play earns. That is increasingly the industry norm and it is still less useful than a scheme you can read.

Games

As someone who has played and reviewed thousands of slots, I am usually bored by a limited lobby. That was not a problem here. The selection is genuinely large, the big names are present, Book of Dead and Starburst among them, and there are jackpot slots alongside the standard reels.

Unusually for a casino brand, there is proper bingo as well, with scheduled games and themed sessions rather than a token room, so the site covers both halves of the market.

My complaints are about the furniture rather than the contents. The structure of the site is not to my taste and it does not hold up well in a resized desktop window. And on a lobby this size I want more categories and filters: being able to sort by mechanic or feature rather than by broad type would save real time.

Depositing and Withdrawing

The minimum deposit is £20, which is higher than the £10 most sites ask and is set by the welcome offer. Visa and Mastercard debit cards are the main routes, with selected e-wallets and online banking options alongside them, though Skrill and Neteller will not qualify you for the welcome bonus.

The site does not publish its withdrawal times or any processing fee on its public pages, which on this network is the detail most worth knowing. Check the cashier before you commit, rather than after you have won.

Customer Support

Live chat and email, with the site stating cover 24 hours a day for registration, verification, payments and general queries, on both desktop and mobile. The safer gambling tools are the full set: deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, with links to independent help.

Review Summary

Four stars. The lobby is large and covers both slots and bingo properly, the wagering is at the legal 10x and calculated the fairer way, support runs around the clock, and the theme is handled with more restraint than the name suggests.

What stops it going higher is a set of limits that a reader could easily miss. The match bonus converts at no more than 3 times its value, the spin winnings at no more than £20, a withdrawal voids anything still running, and the £20 entry point is twice what most sites ask. The layout could be modernised and the lobby needs better filters.

There are many more positives than negatives here, which is why the score stays high. Just go in having read the caps.
