That is genuinely better than the prize wheels most of the network opens with, because you can work out what you are getting before you pay. Wagering is 10x on the bonus. The catch is not in the headline but in the conversion cap below, and on an offer advertising £200 that cap does more work than it does anywhere else on this site.

Worth reading as the dated test it was. I contacted Fever Slots with a few basic questions as a prospective player, and sent the same questions to a spread of other operators at the same time as a control. The other operators replied. This one did not.

Two things have changed since, and both matter. Jumpman rolled live chat out across its UK sites in October 2024, so the email-only route I was stuck with is no longer the only one, and live chat is opened from the FAQs page or the contact page. I have not re-run the test, so treat the silence as history rather than a current promise either way.

The cap that sizes the offer

The wagering requirement is ten times, at the legal maximum rather than above it. The conversion cap is the more consequential term.

Bonus funds convert to withdrawable money only up to your lifetime deposits, with £250 the absolute ceiling. The operator gives its own worked example of a player holding £400 in bonus funds who is still limited by what they have deposited.

What the regulator found

The Gambling Commission announced on 17 May 2022 that Jumpman Gaming would make a £500,000 payment in lieu of a financial penalty and pay £13,594.30 towards investigation costs, following failures in anti-money laundering and social responsibility.

The failings included customers losing sums far beyond the average UK income before anyone reviewed the account properly, and continuing to gamble at high velocity. The Commission also found that people holding accounts across several of the operator's brands had circumvented its controls.

Three out of five, and I want to be honest about how that number was arrived at originally: my instinct was 2.5, and with no half scores available I gave the site the benefit of the doubt rather than rounding down. It has since earned that benefit properly.

Two of the three things I listed against it have gone. The withdrawal fee has been removed, and support is no longer email-only. What remains is the conversion cap, which bites harder here than elsewhere precisely because the offer is bigger: a bonus advertised at up to £200 still converts into real money only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, capped at £250. Deposit £10 and clear the wagering on a £10 bonus and £10 is what you can take.

It suits somebody who prefers a matchup they can calculate to a wheel they cannot, and who deposits enough for the cap to be theoretical. It suits you less if you saw £200 and assumed it was reachable.
