Welcome offer
Dove Slots is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under account number 39175 on the Gambling Commission's register, from Alderney.
It is one of the more forthcoming brands on this platform, which is a low bar but a real one. Its own front page states that free spins are won via the Mega Reel, and it publishes a maximum win figure on those spins that most of its siblings leave out entirely.
Welcome offer
Fund the account with £10 or more for a spin of the Mega Reel. The top prize is 500 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza.
As always with a wheel, 500 is the best segment rather than what you should expect. The rest holds smaller spin counts and amounts of bonus cash, and where it lands is chance. The site says as much in its own words, which several of its siblings do not.
Wagering on bonus funds is ten times, the legal maximum in Britain since 19 January 2026.
The £8 cap, and why it matters
Here is the term that makes this review different from the rest of the family. Dove Slots states: £8 max win per 10 spins.
Read that as a limit on the upside of the spins themselves. They pay out in batches of ten, and each batch can return at most £8 however the reels fall. Land a big hit on spin four and the batch still pays £8.
Two things follow. First, even the advertised 500 spins has a theoretical ceiling of £400, before the conversion cap below takes it further down. Second, and more usefully, the same kind of limit almost certainly operates at the sister sites that do not print it. Dove Slots has told you; the others have left you to find out. Given the choice between a site that publishes an unflattering number and one that stays quiet, the first is the one to trust.
How far a bonus can go
Ten times wagering is the legal maximum in Britain, so that part is unremarkable. The clause worth finding is the conversion limit.
Bonus money cannot be withdrawn as it stands. Once the wagering is satisfied it becomes real money only as far as your deposits over the life of the account allow, to a hard ceiling of £250. A large advertised bonus and a small deposit do not meet in the middle.
Money in, money out
This is platform policy rather than brand policy, and worth reading before you deposit anywhere on the network.
Minimum deposit £10, through Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller or Skrill. Three cards maximum, all in your own name, and Pay by Mobile costs £2.50 per transaction.
Withdrawals clear a pending period and then one to five working days. The first needs approved identification, and if the documents are rejected the money goes back to your balance within 48 hours. The £2.50 withdrawal fee that used to sit here is gone.
Two things to expect at the cashier
First, a prompt inviting you to play with money you have already asked to withdraw rather than depositing more. Reverse withdrawals have been banned since October 2021 and this is not one, but it is aimed at the same instinct, and the answer should be no.
Second, the terms suspend promotions for as long as a withdrawal is pending and do not backdate them once it completes, so requesting payment means forgoing the offer you would have had.
Games
Several hundred slots with live dealer tables and bingo rooms behind them, from the catalogue shared across this operator's brands. Playtech runs the live roulette and blackjack, and the slot list carries the Big Bass series, Eye of Horus and the usual Megaways titles.
The network behind the brand
This site is one of more than two hundred domains on a single Gambling Commission licence. The games, the cashier, the bonus policy and the support team are the operator's rather than the brand's.
The part that matters most is protective. Limits and self-exclusions should apply to every account you hold with the operator, and the Commission's 2022 findings included customers with accounts across several of these brands circumventing controls. GAMSTOP covers every operator licensed in Britain.
The enforcement history
Jumpman Gaming paid £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, along with £13,594.30 in costs, after a Gambling Commission investigation announced on 17 May 2022 into anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings.
Among the findings: customers able to deposit and lose more than the average UK income before a meaningful review took place, and able to keep going at pace; and customers with accounts at multiple Jumpman brands getting around the controls meant to stop exactly that. The brands look separate. The operator behind them is not.
Worth doing before you deposit
Upload your identification documents at registration rather than waiting until you want paying, because a first withdrawal is held until they are approved and a rejection returns your money to a spendable balance. Take a screenshot of the promotion you are claiming, as the terms are not archived and do change. And read the conversion cap before the wagering requirement: it is the number that decides what an offer can actually pay you.
Dove Slots review summary
Three out of five. Wagering at the legal floor, £10 to start, live chat since October 2024, and more honesty in its terms than most of the two hundred sites it shares a platform with.
The honesty is what makes the ceiling visible. Spins capped at £8 per ten, a wheel deciding how many you get, and bonus funds converting only as far as your lifetime deposits reach and never past £250. None of that makes this a bad site, and all of it makes the banner a poor guide to what you will actually take home.
Pros
- It Names The Mega Reel In Its Own Terms
- Wagering At The Legal Floor, Not Above It
- Live Chat As Well As Email
- £10 Gets You In
Cons
- £8 Maximum Win Per 10 Free Spins
- The Headline Is A Wheel, Not An Offer
- Conversion Capped At Your Lifetime Deposits
- Operator Paid £500,000 In 2022
