Daisy Slots is a cutesy, flowery casino brought to you by Jumpman Gaming, one of the biggest casino operators in the UK. It looks like an explosion of clipart flowers. It’s not really my sort of thing, but I’ve seen worse and it’s not too in-your-face, so I’ll give it a pass. As for the rest of the site, well, let’s see how it goes.
Welcome Offer
As is the case across the majority of its sister sites, Daisy Slots entices players with a very promising offer, and then adds a few terms and conditions that level things out. It’s still a good offer, but it soon goes from “amazing” to “average” once you check the terms (skip slightly further down for more on the terms).
To get started, just deposit £10 or more. That will give you £20 to play with thanks to the 100% deposit bonus part of the offer, the composition off the £20 will be:
- £10 Bonus Money
- £10 Real Money
After you have finished with the welcome bonus, check the promotions page to see what else is available. There are a lot of promotions active at any given time, including a loyalty program that tasks you with completing challenges and gives you trophies when you do. This program is available to all players and you don’t need to be a high roller to get a return, though it still favours players who deposit and wager larger sums.
Slots and Bingo Games
With developers like NetEnt, Yggdrasil Gaming, Microgaming, and a handful of others, Daisy Slots has an excellent selection of slot machines. There are more than 1,000 games here in total, and along with jackpot slots, video slots, scratch cards, RNG table games, and lottery games, there are live casino titles and bingo rooms.
The latter connect through the expansive Jumpman Gaming network, ensuring they always have players and there are lots of big prizes to play for. There are 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball, and 90-ball bingo variations, with the biggest games available on the weekend.
All games are mobile-friendly, with support for most smartphones and tablets. You can play through your browser and don’t need to download anything.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Although Daisy Slots accepts a decent variety of payment options, including debit cards, PayPal, and Paysafecard, it processes withdrawals slowly. The pending period can take up to 3 days, so it could be a week before you get your funds during busy periods and with certain payment methods.
That’s not a huge issue, but it’s also not the end of the problems with this site’s banking options.
That brings me to the withdrawal fee. This £2.50 charge applies to all withdrawals, regardless of the method or amount. It’s bad news for small stake players who could lose up to 25% of their withdrawal, and it’s disappointing for everyone else.
If you have an issue with your deposits or withdrawals, contact the customer support team by live chat. This is only available to members. You can email them even if you’re not a member, but I have tried this dozens of times in the past with other Jumpman Gaming sites, and I can count on one hand how many replies I have received.
Daisy Slots Review Summary
I have been playing at online casinos and using online sportsbooks for decades. I was there in the early days when you deposited by calling the customer support team and giving them your debit card. In all of that time, I can’t recall many sites that charged for withdrawals.
And if sites didn’t charge you 20 years ago, when payment technology was in its infancy and fees were sky-high, they shouldn’t be doing it now. Why is Daisy Slots charging me to make a withdrawal that is automatic and probably costs them a few pence when Ladbrokes circa-1999 didn’t charge me to make a withdrawal when they needed an actual staff member to process it?
It's ridiculous, and it’s one of the biggest issues I have with this site and other Jumpman Gaming casinos. It doesn’t help that the withdrawals are slow.
On the plus side, Daisy Slots has a solid welcome bonus, some big loyalty promotions, and lots of games. In a way, these benefits just do more to highlight the downsides—they got so many things right, so many things that other sites struggle with, and then they failed on something so simple.
