Slots Animal is one of the most colourful and distinctive Jumpman Gaming sites I have reviewed. It’s still Jumpman Gaming, so it’s not exactly original and if you’ve played one you’ve played them all, but at least it looks a little different at first glance. The bold purple and gold colours look better on mobile than they do on desktop, but Slots Animal is available across a multitude of platforms and all of these are instant play, with no need to download anything. The site is licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission and it also operates under an Alderney license for international players.  

The welcome offer, while it ran

Slots Animal opened with the standard Jumpman welcome, a prize wheel reached by depositing. It is recorded here as history rather than as something to claim: the site has closed and the offer went with it.

A wheel pays its largest prize least often, so the advertised figure was always the least likely outcome, and ten times wagering applied to whatever landed.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Deposits are fast and free on Slots Animal (unless you’re using Pay By Mobile, which costs £2.50), and there are a few options to choose from (Visa, MasterCard, PaysafeCard, PayPal). Withdrawals, however, will cost you £2.50 per transaction and that applies whether you’re withdrawing £10 (the minimum) or over £100. Withdrawals are also much slower than they should be, and this is down to a pending period that lasts for up to 3 days. It won’t always take 3 days for the site to process your withdrawals, but the fact that this pending period exists at all is cause for concern. It really shouldn’t take that long for a casino to process payments.

Customer Support

Before compiling these reviews, I like to email the companies and see how long it takes to get a reply and how professional or helpful that reply is. I emailed Slots Animal at the same time that I emailed Jammy Monkey and Quality Bingo. The latter two sites replied within a couple of hours, even though I sent my emails late on a Friday night. Slots Animal also replied, but it was an automated response that merely included a few basic FAQs. It finished by saying that they would reply to my email within 3 days, but a week later, that reply still hasn’t arrived. I get that we’re still in a pandemic and I was prepared to be lenient with them. But if all of your competitors are responding in a few hours, why are you taking 7 days? (Assuming they ever respond). And if that’s how long it takes you, why can’t you trigger another automated email to apologise again? It’s sloppy, it’s unprofessional, and it’s annoying. The only reason I’m willing to cut them a little slack is because I wasn’t a member at the time and I’m confident they would have been quicker to respond if I was a member.

Slots Animal is a reliable site from a reliable operator. There’s not much else I can say, to be honest. It’s nothing spectacular, but it’s far from dull.
