The site is a little plain, and I found it rather frustrating to navigate through the games room and find pertinent information. In the intro to this review, I mentioned that I wasn’t the biggest fan of the layout and style of Jackie Jackpot. I’m picky when it comes to this sort of thing, and as it’s mostly a matter of taste, I prefer not to dwell on it. But in this case, I think they need to do a lot of work. The sidebar is empty. Rather than listing the site’s gaming sections, it’s limited to a search function, a poorly-designed FAQ (it's extensive, sure, but the links take forever to load, and the section looks very dated), a document upload section, and the promotions. The games room has only a few basic categories, with nothing related to themes or features, you can’t even filter by jackpots or Megaways. The website is also not dynamic. It works okay on mobile devices, but on desktop, it does a terrible job of adapting to the screen sizes. I’m currently writing this in dual-screen mode, with the document on the right and the casino on the left, and I can only see half of the slider. It’s a minor thing, but it means I have to adapt my usual approach to pay on the site, and for a site that’s asking for my trust and money, that’s not a good trade-off. Don’t get me wrong, the games are good. It’s a stacked games room with many of the industry’s biggest names, including the Evolution group, which covers brands such as Evolution Gaming (live casino games), NetEnt, and Red Tiger Gaming. There are also games from Pragmatic Play and Blueprint Gaming, to name just a couple. It’s just the way they are presented that I don’t like. There are so many casinos out there that have hundreds of great games from all of the same developers. The layout is one of the things that sets these sites apart, and in my opinion, it’s an area that needs work on Jackie Jackpot.

There is some discrepancy regarding the customer support times, with some parts of the site saying that it’s 24/7 and others saying it’s not available during the early morning hours. Your options for getting in touch are fairly limited, too, but the support team is professional, helpful, and quick to respond.

Verdict: Jackie Jackpot Review

I think it’s fairly clear that I had some issues with Jackie Jackpot. Many of these issues were superficial, but as I said above, and as I have said many times before, most casinos are basically turnkey projects with similar games and features. The layout is one of the few things that helps to set the casinos apart, so it’s something that demands more time and effort. Putting this to one side, the site has a great selection of games, a good variety of payment options, and great support. The welcome bonus is a little on the low side, and there is no rewards program for UK players, but there are still lots of promotions. Overall, it’s a good site, but it’s far from excellent.

Contact the operator about it. The licensed company behind Jackie Jackpot was AG Communications Limited, account 39483 on the Gambling Commission register, and that company still exists even though this site has gone.

Put the request in writing and keep a copy. A balance at a closed site is still your money.
