Customer Support

I contacted Cash Arcade 6 days before compiling this review. They responded with an automatic reply that contained instructions on verifying my account and then promised they would deal with my request shortly. I expected something along those lines, as I had initially emailed them to ask if they accepted PayPal and Bitcoin, before enquiring if I would need to verify my account. The “verification” question was clearly picked up by their automated system and rather than dealing with my actual questions, it just triggered an automatic response and let the AI deal with me. Of course, that message could have been a temporary solution as they waited to deal with me directly. That’s what I initially thought. But in the 6 days since then, they have not sent me any other message. I’m still waiting for them to confirm whether they take PayPal or Bitcoin. Of course, I know the answer, but that’s beside the point. All the other non-Jumpman Gaming sites that I emailed responded and answered within a couple of hours. Why couldn’t Cash Arcade do the same thing?

Depositing and Withdrawing

Cash Arcade charges £2.50 for all withdrawals. It accepts PayPal, Pay By Phone, Visa, MasterCard, and PaysafeCard, and as the pending period can be up to 72 days, you will be waiting anywhere from 3 to 7 days to get your winnings. To speed things along, make sure you enter your personal details correctly and provide the casino with any verification documents they need. Cash Arcade Review Summary

Cash Arcade is a decent online casino. It doesn’t get close to top marks because of the slow withdrawals, the withdrawal fee, and a few other minor issues, but it’s still worth joining and playing.
