Cash Casino has one of the plainer names in the business, and I spent longer than I should have wondering what it was meant to promise. A casino that pays in cash rather than bonus funds? One that only takes cash, which would be quite a trick online? In practice it means neither, and the name is simply a name.

It is not a particularly handsome site, but it is an easy one to use. Everything loaded quickly when I went through it, the categories are where you expect them, and I ran into no problems at all. The platform underneath is Jumpman Gaming, licensed to Jumpman Gaming Limited under account 39175 in Alderney.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 and you open a Chest for a chance at up to 500 free spins on Big Bass Splash. Worth noting that the marketing calls it a chest while the terms describe the spins as won via the mega reel, so the two do not quite agree on what the mechanic is called. Either way it is a randomised award rather than a fixed one.

That makes the advertised figure a ceiling rather than an expectation, and the smallest prize the realistic outcome. Wagering is 10x on whatever appears.

Other promotions

A Daily Wheel gives a free spin every 24 hours, monthly cash giveaways award entries for wagering on a named game, and a Turbo Reel arrives with larger qualifying deposits. The tournament series with the shared prize pool runs here too.

Games

Slots, live casino tables, jackpots and bingo, from the platform's shared suppliers. The jackpot range is the strongest part. PayPal is accepted, and the site behaves properly on a phone.

Customer support, and a fairer look at it than I gave before

I have been ignored by email support on this platform often enough to have made it a running complaint. I should be straight about a flaw in my own evidence, though: most of those emails went from addresses with no account attached to them, and an operator triaging a queue will reasonably put a non-customer at the back of it.

The bigger change is that Jumpman rolled live chat out across its UK sites in October 2024. The email-only bottleneck I used to describe no longer applies, and live chat is reached from the FAQs page or the contact page rather than the homepage, so it is worth locating before you need it.

What a bonus can turn into

Ten times wagering is the legal ceiling in Britain since 19 January 2026, and it is the figure most reviews stop at. The one that decides more is further down the banking policy.

Bonus money is never withdrawable as bonus money. Clear the wagering and it converts into real funds only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, and never beyond £250. The offer is therefore sized by what you have already paid in rather than by what you win.

Paying in and getting out

The cashier belongs to the platform, so this holds at any Jumpman brand you have an account with.

Deposits start at £10 via Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller or Skrill, with up to three cards and everything in your own name. Pay by Mobile carries a £2.50 transaction fee.

Withdrawals sit through a pending period, then take one to five working days. A first payout waits on identification being approved, and rejected documents put the money back in your balance within 48 hours, where it can be gambled again. The £2.50 withdrawal fee we used to record is no longer in the policy.

And the fee, which was my sharpest criticism of this site. I wrote that I would love to tell you it only applied to certain methods or certain players, and that you were stuck with it regardless. That is no longer true: the withdrawal charge has been removed from the banking policy. Pay by Mobile deposits still cost £2.50, so the charge has moved to the paying-in end.

What happens when you ask to be paid

Two things, and neither helps you. A pop-up asks whether you would rather play with the pending withdrawal than deposit again, which arrives at exactly the moment someone has decided to stop. Reverse withdrawals were banned in October 2021; a prompt is not a reversal, but it works on the same hesitation.

And the terms withhold promotions while a withdrawal is pending, and do not release them afterwards. Asking for your money costs you the next offer.

The operator's record

On 17 May 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Jumpman Gaming would pay £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, plus £13,594.30 in costs, over anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings.

Customers had deposited and lost well above the average UK income before any meaningful review of their accounts, and carried on gambling at speed afterwards. Some customers with accounts at several Jumpman brands had also got round the operator's internal controls, which is worth holding on to when a network of more than two hundred sites presents each one as its own business.

Cash Casino review summary

Three out of five. I have generally been positive about sites on this platform and saved my irritation for two things, and both of them have improved since I last wrote this review.

The withdrawal fee is gone, and live chat now exists where previously there was an email address and a long silence. What has not changed is the term that decides what any offer is worth: a bonus converts into real money only as far as your lifetime deposits reach, capped at £250. A payout still waits out a pending period before one to five working days, and requesting one suspends your promotions.

It suits a player who wants jackpots and live casino in a site that simply works, and who deposits enough for the conversion cap to be irrelevant. It suits you less if you are claiming the welcome offer and moving on, because a randomised award cannot be valued in advance.
