I have held an account here for years, which is unusual. I have opened accounts at hundreds of casinos over the past two decades and very few survive past the welcome bonus. This one has, and the reasons are the same ones that make it easy to recommend.

The licence holder is Platinum Gaming Limited, licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account 45322 and by the Government of Gibraltar under licences 091 and 092. The brand company, 32Red Ltd, sits at the World Trade Center in Gibraltar. The same licence runs this casino's sister site, which explains something the old version of this review only guessed at: the two sites look alike because they are the same operation in different colours.

Welcome Offer

The offer is 320 free spins, and the site states it like this:

Significant Terms: New GB customers only. Opt in and play within 7 days of registration. Deposit and stake £30 on slots to qualify for 320 x £0.10 free spins on Big Bass Splash. Claim spins within 48 hours of qualifying. Free spins expire 30 days after claim. 10x wagering on free spins winnings. Debit card or instant bank transfer only.

Do the arithmetic and the offer stands up. The spins are fixed at 10p each, so 320 of them are worth £32 in stake, which is more than the £30 you have to put through to get them. That is rare. Most spin offers of this size are built from 1p or 2p spins and are worth a fraction of the qualifying deposit.

The conditions are the part to read twice. The £30 is not a deposit figure, it is a stake figure, so the money has to go through slots first. The qualifying deposit must be made by debit card or instant bank transfer, so if you normally use PayPal here, as I do, keep it for later deposits. And once you qualify you have 48 hours to claim, after which the spins live for 30 days, which is a generous window for using them.

The 10x wagering on free spin winnings is the maximum British rules allow, and it applies to what the spins win rather than to your own money.

Promotions

The promotions page is organised into welcome offers, casino, live casino, sports and poker, so whichever part of the site you use there is usually something running. The loyalty side is built around tailored daily offers you opt into rather than a published schedule, which means what you see depends on how you play.

Free spin offers appear often, usually attached to new slot releases or to particular days and times. They are worth checking before you deposit rather than after, since most carry their own qualifying stake.

Games

The site advertises more than 3,000 games, and the shape of the lobby has changed completely over the years. This was once a Microgaming-only casino, the sort that dominated the British market a decade and more ago, where every site carried the same 500 titles and you could not tell one from another.

Microgaming still supplies a good share of it, but the rest now comes from Blueprint Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Pragmatic Play and others, which means Megaways games, progressive jackpots and a steady flow of new releases alongside the old faithfuls. There is a live casino, a poker room and a sportsbook on the same account, and winnings from one can be staked on another.

One small thing that matters more than it should: the lobby is organised properly. Categories like exclusives, jackpots, Megaways and ways-to-win games actually sort the games, instead of dumping 3,000 titles into one endless scroll. Badly arranged lobbies are a pet hate of mine and this is not one.

Depositing and Withdrawing

The published banking rules are clearer than most sites manage. Debit cards take a £10 minimum with no upper limit, deposits are instant and withdrawals sit pending for at least 24 hours. PayPal takes £10 up to £10,000 and pays out within 12 hours. PaysafeCard deposits run from £10 to £425. Bank transfer is a withdrawal route only, taking 1 to 3 working days. There are no fees on any of them.

Two rules to know before you deposit. To withdraw to a card you must first have deposited successfully with that same card, and a PaysafeCard deposit cannot be withdrawn back the same way, so those winnings go to a bank account instead. Every method must be registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal is £10, which is the same as the minimum deposit, and the 12-hour PayPal route is among the quicker ones in the market.

Customer Support

This is where the brand earned its reputation with me. Support runs through a help centre with live chat and email behind it, and over years of contacting them about one thing or another they have been consistently good: quick to answer, and able to settle a question rather than reading a script at me.

Those are my experiences and yours could differ, as they can anywhere. But I have been critical of plenty of operators' support in these reviews, and I have never had cause to be here.

Review Summary

Five out of five, and the score has not moved because nothing has come along to move it.

The welcome offer gives back more in spin value than it asks for in stake, which almost no other offer at this size does. The lobby is large and properly sorted. The banking terms are published in full, with figures and timings for every method, which is more than most operators will commit to in writing. Support has been reliable for years. And the casino, sportsbook, poker room and live tables all sit on one balance.

The things I would change are small. The qualifying deposit will not take a wallet, so the first deposit has to be a card or a bank transfer, and the 48-hour claim window after qualifying is tighter than it needs to be. Neither is a reason to look elsewhere. This is a complete site, and it still gets the full marks it had.

Pros

  • Spins Beat the Stake
  • Over 3,000 Games
  • Banking Terms Published in Full
  • Reliable Live Chat
  • One Balance Across Products

Cons

  • Card Deposit to Qualify
  • 48 Hour Claim Window
