Yay Bingo

4/5Expert Review

A Broadway bingo site offering telephone support as well as live chat, which is rare here.

I cannot say the word yay without a layer of sarcasm arriving uninvited. "My mother is coming to stay for Christmas, and I have told her the spare room is hers for as long as she likes." "Oh. Yay." Possibly that is a me problem. The site means it sincerely, and it is done out in the bright colours to prove it.

It is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267, one of a large family of bingo brands under the same roof.

Welcome offer

Deposit and wager £10 with the promotional code and you get free spins worth 25p each, with winnings capped at £1. The offer expires after five days.

Two things to note carefully. The code is required, so claiming without it means no offer at all. And the published terms state the spin value and the win cap but do not state a wagering requirement on the winnings, which on sister sites is where the phrase "paid to cash" usually appears. I would read the full terms on the promotion page before assuming there is nothing to play through, because that is the difference between a pound you can withdraw and a pound you cannot.

Credit where it is due on transparency. The spin value and the win cap are both printed in the terms, so an offer of free spins here can be valued to the penny before you claim it. A great many operators leave both blank.

The five days nobody reads

Wagering is modest by the standards of this industry: two to four times on a bingo bonus, ten times on a games bonus, all inside the legal maximum that has applied since 19 January 2026.

What deserves more attention is the expiry. You get five days to use a bonus before it goes. Claim one on a Friday, have a weekend away, and it is gone before you have opened a ticket.

Bingo, slots and support

Bingo and slots together, with the bingo the stronger half. The slots selection is limited and I would have liked more variety, along with more in the way of loyalty promotions.

Support is better here than at most of its siblings: telephone as well as live chat, which is genuinely unusual in this group and worth more than another bonus to anybody who would rather speak to a person than type at one.

The cashier

A £10 minimum deposit, debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Nothing is deducted for taking your money out, which is not something that can be said of every platform at this end of the market.

PayPal is accepted from the second deposit onwards. Withdrawals are slow, which is the standing complaint and the main thing holding the score down.

The operator's record

The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.

The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.

That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.

Why phone support is worth noticing

Telephone support has quietly disappeared from most of this industry, and its absence is rarely listed as a drawback because nobody advertises what they do not offer. It is worth valuing when you find it.

The reason is not nostalgia. Live chat suits simple questions, and it is poor at anything involving a dispute, a missing withdrawal or an account restriction, where you need a conversation rather than a sequence of canned replies. Those are precisely the moments when getting hold of a person matters most, and they are the moments a chat window handles worst.

Across this group, support is the standing weakness: one email address shared by every brand, and live chat locked behind registration. A site in that family offering a telephone number is doing something its siblings are not, and it is the single clearest reason to pick this one over them. Check the published hours before you rely on it, because a number that only answers during office hours is less useful than it looks when something goes wrong at the weekend.

Yay Bingo review summary

Four out of five. Phone support alongside live chat is the stand-out, the colour scheme is cheerful without being a mess, PayPal is available and the bingo is good.

Slow withdrawals are what keep it from five, and on this site that counts for more than presentation does. The slots are limited and the loyalty side is thinner than at several sister brands.

It suits somebody who wants a human on the end of a telephone and plays mostly bingo. It suits you less if you want to be paid quickly, or if the slots library is what you are choosing on.
