Wink Bingo is probably best known for an advert most of the country can still sing: B.I.N.G.O, set to the tune of D.I.S.C.O, which lodged itself in the national consciousness somewhere around its sponsorship of reality television. It is one of the larger and longer-established bingo brands in Britain and it has the community to match.

It is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267, on Dragonfish software, and it remains the flagship of that group.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 with a promotional code and you get 50 free spins. Each spin is worth 10p, which makes the offer £5 of play. Winnings are paid to a games bonus balance, 10x wagering applies to that bonus, and the whole thing expires after five days.

That structure is worth comparing with what sister sites in the same group now do. Several of them pay free spin winnings straight to cash with nothing to wager. Here the winnings arrive as bonus funds needing ten times through before they convert. Fifty spins is the biggest number in the group and it is not the best offer in the group, which is a distinction worth making before you choose on the headline.

One thing this operator does that most do not: it publishes the value of a free spin and the cap on what the spins can win. That means you can price the offer exactly instead of guessing, which is rare enough to be worth saying out loud.

What the bonus terms actually say

Two numbers decide a Broadway bonus and neither is hidden. Wagering on a bingo bonus runs at two to four times depending on the site, and on a games or slots bonus at ten times, which is the legal ceiling in Britain since 19 January 2026. Both are at or under the cap rather than above it.

The one people miss is the expiry. A bonus here lasts five days. That is short, it is stated plainly in the terms, and it is the term most likely to cost you something if you claim an offer and then have a busy week.

Rooms, community and games

This is where the site earns its reputation. The rooms are busy, which matters more in bingo than in any other form of gambling: a room with people in it has bigger prize pools, faster games and chat worth reading. A large site with a real community is a genuinely better product than a small one with identical software.

The game selection is broad and the design is among the more polished in the group.

Paying in and getting paid

Deposits start at £10, with debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay accepted. There is no withdrawal fee, which is worth stating plainly because several competing platforms still charge one.

One quirk of this group's cashier worth knowing before you join. PayPal is accepted, but not on your first deposit: the opening one has to come from a debit card, and the e-wallets appear from the second deposit onwards. Nothing at the cashier explains this, so it reads as though an advertised method has quietly vanished.

Support, and the address the whole group shares

Email support runs through one address used across every site in this group rather than one belonging to this brand. That sounds like a detail and it is not. When I have used it, the first exchanges went on establishing which of the group's sites I was asking about, before anybody could start on the actual question.

Live chat is the better route and is available once you have an account. Having it behind registration is a real limitation for anyone trying to ask a question before they join.

The operator's record

The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.

The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.

That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.

Wink Bingo review summary

Four out of five, down from five, and I want to give the reason rather than let the number drift.

Nothing about the site has got worse. What has changed is its own family: sibling brands now pay free spin winnings to cash with no wagering, and several run bingo bonuses at two to four times. Wink Bingo's offer pays to a bonus balance at ten times. Set against that, and with withdrawals still slower than they should be, a top mark is no longer something I can defend.

It remains the best of the group on everything that is not the welcome offer: the biggest rooms, the largest community, the most polished site. It suits somebody who wants a busy bingo hall rather than the best set of opening terms. It suits you less if you are choosing on the offer, because a smaller sibling will pay you in cash.
