Ted Bingo

Ted Bingo annoys me slightly, and I accept in advance that this is disproportionate: the name means nothing, and nothing on the site explains it. Who is Ted? No answer is offered. A great many online bingo brands are named this way and I can hardly single this one out for it, but it does leave the brand with nowhere to go.

Underneath the anonymity is a decent site, operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267 on Dragonfish software.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 and you get a £20 bingo bonus. Wagering is 4x on the bingo bonus and it expires after five days.

A fixed £20 with nothing to decode, needing £80 of bingo staked to convert. It is not the biggest offer in this group and it is one of the cleaner ones. My previous note that the welcome bonus will not appeal to everyone still holds, and it is worth being clear about why: this is a bingo bonus, wagered on bingo. If you were planning to spend your time on the slots, it is the wrong offer for you and no amount of it will help.

The five days nobody reads

Wagering is modest by the standards of this industry: two to four times on a bingo bonus, ten times on a games bonus, all inside the legal maximum that has applied since 19 January 2026.

What deserves more attention is the expiry. You get five days to use a bonus before it goes. Claim one on a Friday, have a weekend away, and it is gone before you have opened a ticket.

Games and payouts

Slots and bingo games in reasonable quantity, PayPal accepted from the second deposit onwards, and cashouts that have been fast in my experience, which is the thing I most want from a bingo site and the thing several of its siblings manage least well.

The design is generic. It looks and feels like the rest of the family, which is neither a scandal nor a reason to choose it.

The cashier

A £10 minimum deposit, debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Nothing is deducted for taking your money out, which is not something that can be said of every platform at this end of the market.

Getting hold of somebody

The email address is shared by the whole group, not by this site, which creates a specific and avoidable problem: your first email tends to be spent explaining which brand you are writing about. I have lost days to that particular confusion.

Live chat works better, and it opens once you have registered. Before that, email is the only route in, which is the wrong way round for anyone still deciding whether to join.

One structural point about support in this group, since it applies here as everywhere. Email and telephone both route through the same operation serving a great many other sites, which is why a simple query can take longer than it should and why you should name the brand in your first sentence. Live chat is the better route if you already have an account.

The operator's record

The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.

The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.

That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.

Why fast cashouts matter more than they sound

Payout speed is the least glamorous thing a bingo site can compete on and the one I would put first. A bonus is money you might get. A withdrawal is money you already have, and every day it sits in an operator's account rather than yours is a day you might change your mind and play it back.

That is not an accident of design. Slow payouts and reverse-withdrawal features existed for years precisely because they worked, which is why the reverse withdrawal was banned outright in October 2021. A site that pays quickly has given up an advantage over you, and it deserves credit for it.

Ted Bingo review summary

Four out of five. Fast cashouts are the reason, and on a site like this they matter more than anything on the front page. Low wagering, PayPal in the cashier and a clean fixed bonus back that up.

It is not a five because the welcome offer is narrow, aimed squarely at bingo players and useless to anybody else, and because the design and the name give you nothing to hold on to. The shared support arrangement is the group's standing weakness.

It suits a bingo player who wants paying quickly and does not care what the site is called. It suits you less if you are here for the slots, because the offer will not help you and the library is not the reason to come.
