Rocket Bingo launched in July 2014, which makes it one of the older sites on the Jumpman Gaming platform and old enough to have outlasted most of the brands that started alongside it. The licence is held by Jumpman Gaming Limited, account number 39175 on the Gambling Commission's register, in Alderney.

Its own billing is that it runs more exclusive promotions and games than the other brands on the network, which is a claim worth testing, because on a platform of more than two hundred near-identical sites, exclusivity is the only thing that would justify choosing one.

Ownership disclosure

Rocket Bingo is owned by Meteor Marketing Ltd, the company that also owns Bingo Paradise. This is not an independent review in the ordinary sense: it is the owner writing about its own site. It is also the oldest of the eight brands we own, so if anything it gets the closest reading rather than the kindest. The facts here come from the operator's terms and the Gambling Commission register, and the score uses the same scale as every other review on this site, but you should weigh the verdict knowing that.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 and the site gives you a single spin of the Mega Reel, advertised as up to 500 free spins on Aztec Gems.

What the wheel actually hands over is not published, and "up to" is doing a lot of work: the top prize on a wheel is the one it gives out least. Treat the small prize as the realistic outcome, because that is what the weighting is there for, and judge the offer on whether that alone is worth £10 to you.

Wagering is 10x on whatever you win, the maximum a British licence has allowed since 19 January 2026, and the cap in the next section decides what it can turn into.

The cap that sizes the offer

Wagering is not the number that decides what this offer is worth. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as themselves, and when the wagering is met they convert into real money only as far as your lifetime deposits stretch, to a maximum of £250.

So a £50 bonus on a £10 deposit converts, at most, to £10 until you deposit more. The terms give their own worked example: £400 of accumulated bonus funds, wagering complete, still limited by lifetime deposits. It is the most important sentence in the banking policy and it sits a long way down the page.

Ten years of exclusives

The claim to more exclusive promotions than its stablemates is the site's main argument for itself, and on the evidence we have seen it is broadly fair: this brand does run its own offers rather than only the platform's. What we cannot do is quantify it, because nothing on this platform keeps a public archive of past promotions.

We recorded over 17,000 members here previously. Ten years of trading on a platform where brands are opened and shut routinely is the more meaningful statistic.

Getting paid

The cashier is the platform's, shared with every Jumpman brand. Deposits start at £10, you can hold up to three cards, and every payment method must be in your own name. Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Paysafe, PayPal, Neteller and Skrill are all accepted; Pay by Mobile adds a £2.50 transaction fee, so it is the costly route in.

Withdrawals wait out a pending period, then take one to five working days. Your first one needs identification approved before it can be processed, and if documents are rejected the money returns to your balance within 48 hours, where it can be gambled again.

An older complaint of ours was a £2.50 withdrawal fee on this platform. The current banking policy does not carry one, and the only £2.50 in it is on Pay by Mobile deposits. That has improved and we will say so.

Asking for your money

Two things happen when you request a withdrawal. A pop-up asks whether you would rather play with the money than deposit again, which is aimed at precisely the moment somebody has decided to stop. Reverse withdrawals have been banned since October 2021; a prompt is not a reversal, but it works the same nerve.

And the terms withhold promotions while a withdrawal is pending, and do not hand them over afterwards either. Asking to be paid costs you the next offer.

The operator's record

On 17 May 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Jumpman Gaming would pay £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, along with £13,594.30 towards the investigation costs, after anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings.

The findings included customers depositing and losing well beyond the average UK income before anyone meaningfully reviewed the account, and continuing to gamble at speed despite it. The Commission also found that some customers holding accounts at several Jumpman brands had got around internal controls. On a network this size, that is the finding to hold on to: the sites look separate and the operator is one.

Rocket Bingo review summary

Rocket Bingo drops from four out of five to three, and the reasons are the platform's rather than the brand's. A bonus that converts only as far as your lifetime deposits is a genuinely restrictive offer, requesting a payout costs you your next promotion, and withdrawals sit through a pending period before a one to five day wait.

What holds up is the brand itself: a decade of trading, a real run of its own promotions rather than only the network's, PayPal in the cashier, and wagering at the legal ceiling rather than above it. The withdrawal fee we used to complain about is gone.

It suits somebody who plays bingo regularly at one site and will deposit enough for the conversion cap to stop mattering. It suits you less if you are claiming an offer and cashing out, because the terms are built to make that unrewarding.
