Robin Hood Bingo invites a question it would rather you did not ask. If the site is Robin Hood, and Robin Hood took from the rich to give to the poor, then who am I in this arrangement? If I am the one being given to, that makes me the poor one. If I am the one being taken from, we have a different problem. Think about it for more than a minute, as I did, and the theme comes apart in your hands.
Thematic wobble aside, the site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267, on Dragonfish software, which is competent bingo software with a large installed base.
Welcome offer
Deposit £10 and you get a 100% bingo bonus, capped at £50. Wagering is 4x on the bingo bonus and it expires after five days.
This is the better structure of the two this group uses. A straight match means the more you put in the more bonus you get, up to £50, rather than a headline percentage that maxes out at the minimum deposit. At 4x, a £50 bonus needs £200 staked on bingo, inside five days.
What the bonus terms actually say
Two numbers decide a Broadway bonus and neither is hidden. Wagering on a bingo bonus runs at two to four times depending on the site, and on a games or slots bonus at ten times, which is the legal ceiling in Britain since 19 January 2026. Both are at or under the cap rather than above it.
The one people miss is the expiry. A bonus here lasts five days. That is short, it is stated plainly in the terms, and it is the term most likely to cost you something if you claim an offer and then have a busy week.
Payments, and a discrepancy worth knowing about
Here is the practical finding from my own account, and it is the most useful thing in this review. The site advertises PayPal. When I registered and went to the cashier, the only deposit method offered to me was a debit card.
I have since found the explanation, on a sister site where I ran into exactly the same thing and asked. PayPal is available here, but not on your first deposit: the opening deposit has to come from a debit card, and the e-wallet options appear from the second deposit onwards. That is a reasonable anti-fraud measure and an unreasonable thing to leave unexplained at the cashier, where it simply looks like an advertised method has gone missing.
So if PayPal is the reason you were going to join, you can still use it. Fund the account once with a card first.
Paying in and getting paid
Deposits start at £10, with debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay accepted. There is no withdrawal fee, which is worth stating plainly because several competing platforms still charge one.
Support, and the address the whole group shares
Email support runs through one address used across every site in this group rather than one belonging to this brand. That sounds like a detail and it is not. When I have used it, the first exchanges went on establishing which of the group's sites I was asking about, before anybody could start on the actual question.
Live chat is the better route and is available once you have an account. Having it behind registration is a real limitation for anyone trying to ask a question before they join.
I tried to get this clarified and it went badly. I created an account and emailed a basic question about PayPal. The contact form auto-filled the subject line with the site name, my account name and my platform, which I took as a good sign. The reply told me they could not find my details and asked for a great deal more information before they would answer what was a simple, general question.
There is no phone support, so live chat is the route to use if something needs resolving.
The operator's record
The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.
The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.
That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.
Robin Hood Bingo review summary
Three out of five. The bingo is good, the software is solid, the jackpots are large and the welcome bonus has the better shape with genuinely low wagering.
What costs it is everything around the playing. Withdrawals take longer than they should, there is no phone support, and the email route managed to fail at answering a general question from an account holder whose details had been attached automatically. The theme, meanwhile, lacks any originality beyond the name.
It suits a bingo player who will fund by debit card and is unlikely to need support. It suits you less if PayPal is your preferred method or if you want a quick answer when something goes wrong.
