Pick Me Up Bingo is one of my favourite bingo platforms and I will say that before anything else, because it colours what follows. It is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267 on Dragonfish software, and what it does well it does properly.
The name tells you where the effort has gone. This is bingo first, and it excels at it: rarely short of players, jackpots or big scheduled events, which are the three things that actually make a bingo room worth sitting in.
Welcome offer
Deposit £10 and you get a 300% bingo bonus, capped at £30. Wagering is 4x on the bingo bonus and it expires after five days.
The percentage is marketing and the cap is the offer. £10 reaches the maximum and depositing more does not increase it, so read it as a fixed £30 bingo bonus with a £10 entry price. At four times, converting it means staking £120 on bingo, which is a realistic figure at ticket prices and a low multiple by the standards of this industry.
What the bonus terms actually say
Two numbers decide a Broadway bonus and neither is hidden. Wagering on a bingo bonus runs at two to four times depending on the site, and on a games or slots bonus at ten times, which is the legal ceiling in Britain since 19 January 2026. Both are at or under the cap rather than above it.
The one people miss is the expiry. A bonus here lasts five days. That is short, it is stated plainly in the terms, and it is the term most likely to cost you something if you claim an offer and then have a busy week.
Rooms, jackpots and events
Busy rooms are the thing here, and a busy room is a better product than a quiet one running identical software: bigger prize pools, faster games, chat worth reading. There is a steady run of jackpots and scheduled events, plus a loyalty programme that accrues as you play.
The mobile app is good, which is not something I can say about every site in this group.
Slots
The slots are limited and they are the trade-off for everything above. I prefer a bigger and more varied selection because I get bored easily, but a site called Pick Me Up Bingo has picked its priority and I am not going to mark it down heavily for keeping to it.
Paying in and getting paid
Deposits start at £10, with debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay accepted. There is no withdrawal fee, which is worth stating plainly because several competing platforms still charge one.
Support, and the address the whole group shares
Email support runs through one address used across every site in this group rather than one belonging to this brand. That sounds like a detail and it is not. When I have used it, the first exchanges went on establishing which of the group's sites I was asking about, before anybody could start on the actual question.
Live chat is the better route and is available once you have an account. Having it behind registration is a real limitation for anyone trying to ask a question before they join.
Contact options are the weak point and I have first-hand evidence of it. I emailed for some basic information while researching, was asked for a username more than once, and had not joined at the time, so I could not give one. After several rounds of that I gave up. The group's address does not cope well with anybody who is not already a member, which is precisely the person most likely to be asking.
The operator's record
The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.
The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.
That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.
Why a busy room matters more than the software
Something worth understanding if you are choosing between bingo sites, because it is the factor least visible from the outside. Bingo prize pools are built from ticket sales, so a room with forty players in it is playing for a bigger prize than the same room with four. Your odds of winning any individual game are worse, but the amount on the table is larger and the game moves faster.
Software is more or less interchangeable across this whole market. Population is not, and it is the one thing a site cannot fake. Log in at the hour you would normally play and count the players before you judge anything else.
Pick Me Up Bingo review summary
Four out of five. The bingo is excellent, the rooms are busy, payouts are fast, the app works, PayPal is accepted and the wagering is low.
Two things keep it off a five. The slots selection is small, and the contact options are poor in a specific and fixable way: a prospective player cannot easily ask a question, because live chat needs an account and the email route wants a username. The five day bonus expiry is short.
It suits somebody who wants bingo done properly and will register before they need to ask anything. It suits you less if you want a full casino attached, because the slots are an afterthought here.
