Moon Bingo

Moon Bingo is a Broadway Gaming brand, operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267 on Dragonfish software. It covers bingo, slots, Slingo and scratch cards, which is a wider spread of game types than most of its siblings bother with.

It lacks a personal touch and is a little too generic for my taste. All the hallmarks of a good site are present; the character is not.

Welcome offer

Deposit £10 and you get a 100% bingo bonus, capped at £50. Wagering is 4x on the bingo bonus, and it expires after five days.

This is the better shape of bonus on this platform. A straight 100% match means depositing more gets you more, up to the £50 ceiling, rather than a large percentage that is capped out at the minimum deposit. Deposit £50 and you have £50 of bonus, needing £200 staked on bingo to convert.

That is a real commitment inside a five day window, so size the deposit to what you will actually play rather than to the maximum on offer.

Wagering, and the deadline attached to it

Bingo bonuses here carry two to four times wagering and games bonuses ten times, all within the ten times cap that British licences have been held to since 19 January 2026. By the standards of the market these are low.

The catch is time rather than multiples: a bonus expires five days after you claim it. Work out whether you will realistically play within that window before you take one.

Games, Slingo and scratch cards

Bingo rooms alongside slots, Slingo and scratch cards. The selection is not the largest I have come across and that was one of my two criticisms, but the variety of game types partly makes up for the depth in any one of them.

Support, and the address the whole group shares

Email support runs through one address used across every site in this group rather than one belonging to this brand. That sounds like a detail and it is not. When I have used it, the first exchanges went on establishing which of the group's sites I was asking about, before anybody could start on the actual question.

Live chat is the better route and is available once you have an account. Having it behind registration is a real limitation for anyone trying to ask a question before they join.

I have had issues with this company's email support in the past and they have not always been quick to reply. Use live chat if something goes wrong; it is the difference between an answer and a wait.

The operator's record

The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.

The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.

That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.

What Slingo actually is

Worth a paragraph, because it sits between the two things this site does and people often assume it is one or the other. Slingo is a slot reel that calls numbers onto a bingo grid: you spin, the numbers that land are daubed, and you are trying to complete lines within a fixed number of spins.

It costs a set amount per game rather than per ticket, which makes it easier to budget than a bingo room where you can buy more tickets as you go. If you have played both bingo and slots and found yourself wanting something in between, that is precisely the gap it fills. The scratch cards work on the same principle of a fixed stake and an immediate result, and both are worth a look if the pace of a bingo room does not suit you.

Three out of five. A 100% match capped at £50 at four times wagering is a good offer by any reasonable standard, the payment list is broad, and having Slingo and scratch cards alongside the bingo gives it more range than most.

What holds it at three is the size of the library, the generic presentation, and the support arrangement shared across the group. It ticks a lot of boxes without ever being the best at any of them.

It suits somebody who wants variety across game types and will deposit enough to use the match properly. It suits you less if you want depth in one area, because the selection is broad rather than deep.
