Majestic Bingo

Majestic Bingo is not quite like the rest of this group, and the difference is worth knowing before anything else: it runs actual bingo halls. There are Majestic clubs around the country, one of them has been on television, and the operator is a member of the Bingo Association. The website is the online arm of a retail business rather than a brand invented for the internet.

The online side is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267. That retail heritage shows in the tone, which is friendlier and less templated than most of its siblings.

Welcome offer, and a discrepancy on the site itself

The headline offer is a fixed £25 bingo bonus when you deposit £10, using a promotional code. Wagering is 4x on the bingo bonus, game weighting applies, and it expires after five days.

There is a complication, and since the operator's own pages disagree I will give you both. The banner and the promotions block both state £25 with that code. Further down the same homepage, the written copy offers a £40 bingo bonus and 30 free spins for the same £10 deposit. Those are not the same offer.

I cannot tell you which one you will be given, so check the figure attached to the code at the cashier before you deposit, and do not assume the larger number in the body text is still running. Where an operator's own pages contradict each other, the one with the terms attached is usually the live one.

What game weighting means

This is the term Majestic states and most of its siblings do not, and it matters. Game weighting means that not every pound you stake counts fully towards clearing a bonus. Bingo tickets typically count in full, while slots and other games may count at a fraction or not at all.

So a £25 bonus at four times wagering is £100 of staking only if everything you play counts in full. Play something weighted at 10% and the real requirement is ten times larger again. Find the weighting table before you plan how to clear it.

Wagering, and the deadline attached to it

Bingo bonuses here carry two to four times wagering and games bonuses ten times, all within the ten times cap that British licences have been held to since 19 January 2026. By the standards of the market these are low.

The catch is time rather than multiples: a bonus expires five days after you claim it. Work out whether you will realistically play within that window before you take one.

Bingo, tournaments and the clubs

The bingo selection is the strong part, with free bingo games, tournaments, regular promotions and a good jackpot range. The scheduled events feel more like a bingo hall than most online rooms manage, which I suspect is not an accident given what the company does for a living.

The slots are limited and drawn largely from one long-established supplier's catalogue. I have been playing several of those titles for years and they do not tempt me back.

The mobile app has attracted complaints, particularly on iPhone. I tested it on an iPhone and had no problems at all, so either the issues were fixed or they are not universal.

Paying in and getting paid

Deposits start at £10, with debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay accepted. There is no withdrawal fee, which is worth stating plainly because several competing platforms still charge one.

Support, and the address the whole group shares

Email support runs through one address used across every site in this group rather than one belonging to this brand. That sounds like a detail and it is not. When I have used it, the first exchanges went on establishing which of the group's sites I was asking about, before anybody could start on the actual question.

Live chat is the better route and is available once you have an account. Having it behind registration is a real limitation for anyone trying to ask a question before they join.

The operator's record

The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.

The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.

That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.

Majestic Bingo review summary

Four out of five. A genuine bingo operator with clubs behind it, a strong selection of games, free bingo, tournaments and jackpots, and low wagering on the bonus.

It is not a five for three reasons. The slots are limited. Support is slow, as it is across this group. And the site contradicts itself about its own welcome offer, which on a company whose group was once penalised for advertising that failed to state its terms is a poor look, whatever the cause.

It suits a bingo player who likes scheduled events and the feel of a real hall, and who will check the offer at the cashier before depositing. It suits you less if the slots matter to you.
