I arrived at Loony Bingo expecting something unhinged. What I got was considerably more genteel: less the uncle who drinks pickle juice and wears shorts in February, more the aunt who announces she is bonkers because she takes evaporated milk in her coffee.
It is a casino theme, and casino themes have a habit of being half-hearted, so I will let it go. Underneath it is a solid site, operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267, on Dragonfish software, in a group that was once part of 888 Holdings.
Welcome offer
Deposit £10 and you get a 300% bingo bonus, capped at £30. Wagering is 4x on the bingo bonus and it expires after five days.
The percentage is the marketing and the cap is the offer. £10 reaches the maximum, and depositing more does not get you more, so read it as a fixed £30 bingo bonus with a £10 entry price. At 4x you need £120 staked on bingo to convert it, which is low for this industry and reachable at ticket prices.
I described the bonus terms here as strict once. Having looked again with the current numbers in front of me, that judgement needs softening: four times is among the lower requirements you will find anywhere. The tight part is the five days, not the multiple.
The five days nobody reads
Wagering is modest by the standards of this industry: two to four times on a bingo bonus, ten times on a games bonus, all inside the legal maximum that has applied since 19 January 2026.
What deserves more attention is the expiry. You get five days to use a bonus before it goes. Claim one on a Friday, have a weekend away, and it is gone before you have opened a ticket.
Games and rooms
Bingo rooms, slots and jackpot games, with a loyalty programme and a regular run of promotions. PayPal and Apple Pay are both accepted, which is a better payment list than several of its siblings.
The design is generic and I said so before. It has not changed and it is not really a fault, more an absence of personality.
The cashier
A £10 minimum deposit, debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Nothing is deducted for taking your money out, which is not something that can be said of every platform at this end of the market.
Getting hold of somebody
The email address is shared by the whole group, not by this site, which creates a specific and avoidable problem: your first email tends to be spent explaining which brand you are writing about. I have lost days to that particular confusion.
Live chat works better, and it opens once you have registered. Before that, email is the only route in, which is the wrong way round for anyone still deciding whether to join.
Live chat is the route I would use. Email exists and, in my experience with this group, is not always as quick or as responsive as it should be. That remains my biggest single complaint about these sites.
The operator's record
The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.
The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.
That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.
Free bingo and the loyalty ladder
The loyalty programme is the part that earns its keep over time, and it is a better reason to keep an account here than the welcome offer is to open one. Points accrue as you play and convert into bonus funds and room access.
There are free bingo rooms too, which are the sensible place to start on any site: no cost, small prizes, and a chance to see whether the rooms are busy before you spend anything. A quiet bingo room is a bad bingo room however good the software is, and that is something you can only judge by turning up at the hour you would normally play. Rooms that are busy at nine in the evening can be empty at lunchtime, and the prize pools move with them.
Loony Bingo review summary
Four out of five. A trusted operator, a genuinely low wagering requirement, jackpots, a proper loyalty programme and a payment list including PayPal and Apple Pay.
What stops it going higher is the support arrangement, which routes through a group-wide address with live chat behind registration, and a five day window to use any bonus. The design does nothing for it either, though nobody picks a bingo site for the wallpaper.
It suits a bingo player who wants low wagering and will play inside the week. It suits you less if you need to ask a question before you join, because that is exactly the case the support setup handles worst.
