Duck Duck Bingo

Duck Duck Bingo is run by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited under British licence 58267, on the Dragonfish software that most of the group's sites share. The name is the most memorable thing about the branding, and the welcome offer is the most interesting thing about the site, for a reason that has nothing to do with its size.

Welcome offer

Deposit and wager £10 and you get 10 free spins. Each spin is worth 25p, winnings are capped at £1, and crucially they are paid to cash rather than to a bonus balance. The offer expires after five days.

It is a small offer and I said so last time. But paying winnings to cash, with no wagering attached, is meaningfully better than a larger offer paid in bonus funds that you then have to play through. A pound in your balance that you can withdraw beats twenty pounds you cannot.

Credit where it is due on transparency. The spin value and the win cap are both printed in the terms, so an offer of free spins here can be valued to the penny before you claim it. A great many operators leave both blank.

The five days nobody reads

Wagering is modest by the standards of this industry: two to four times on a bingo bonus, ten times on a games bonus, all inside the legal maximum that has applied since 19 January 2026.

What deserves more attention is the expiry. You get five days to use a bonus before it goes. Claim one on a Friday, have a weekend away, and it is gone before you have opened a ticket.

Games and promotions

A good variety across bingo rooms, slots and big bingo jackpots, with a loyalty scheme and a consistent run of promotions, which is the part of the group's offering I have always rated. PayPal is accepted.

One thing to correct from the footer: it advertises iOS and Android apps, and the links lead to a page saying no app is available yet. The site is built in HTML5 and plays properly in a mobile browser, so nothing is lost except the minute you spend looking.

The cashier

A £10 minimum deposit, debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Nothing is deducted for taking your money out, which is not something that can be said of every platform at this end of the market.

Getting hold of somebody

The email address is shared by the whole group, not by this site, which creates a specific and avoidable problem: your first email tends to be spent explaining which brand you are writing about. I have lost days to that particular confusion.

Live chat works better, and it opens once you have registered. Before that, email is the only route in, which is the wrong way round for anyone still deciding whether to join.

My own experience of the email route is the reason I would not use it. On a previous occasion with this group it took two weeks to get a reply, the reply missed the question entirely, and when I wrote again I was told to expect another two weeks. Live chat, once you have registered, is a different experience.

The operator's record

The site is operated by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and licensed in Britain under account 58267 since February 2022. Its own regulatory record is clear.

The wider group's is not entirely. On 5 December 2017 a company in the same group, Broadway Gaming Limited, agreed a £100,000 penalty package for misleading advertising: adverts across five of its sites failed to state the significant terms attached to them, after the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a "Deposit £10. Play £35" advert in June 2016.

That is worth knowing here specifically, because it was a failure to publish the conditions attached to an offer. Read the terms under any promotion on this site rather than the headline above it. Note also that the Commission keeps public statements online for three years, so a search that comes back empty means nothing recent rather than nothing ever.

What the offer is actually worth

Worth doing the arithmetic, because the numbers are all published and it takes a moment. Ten spins at 25p is £2.50 of play. The most you can win from it is £1, and that £1 arrives as cash with nothing to wager before you can take it out.

So the realistic value of this welcome offer is somewhere between nothing and a pound. That sounds dismissive and is not meant to be: a pound you can withdraw is worth more than a £30 bonus you must stake four times over and use inside five days. It is simply a very small offer, honestly described.

Duck Duck Bingo review summary

Three out of five. The welcome offer is small, and it is structured better than most larger ones: cash winnings, no wagering to clear, and the spin value and win cap both printed so you can price it before you claim.

Support is what keeps the score down. A group-wide email address with a fortnight's turnaround is not good enough, and live chat being members-only means the people most likely to have a question, the ones deciding whether to join, are the ones who cannot ask it.

It suits somebody who values a small offer they can actually withdraw from, and who will register before they need to ask anything. It suits you less if you want a headline bonus, because £1 is the most this one can pay.
